Thorne was AMAZING to deal with! I went in with the intention of just looking and he made me feel so comfortable and at ease that I went ahead and bought the car. I got a fair price for my trade in and was on my way in just a few short hours on a Saturday afternoon with a rate about as good as my local credit union. Will definitely look for him when it comes times for my next upgrade. The finance guy was great as well...just all around pleasant experience!!

My husband and I had a great experience at Diehl Subaru Massillon. The process was stress free and pleasant. Paris was very thorough and knowledgeable. He sent pictures when we requested and pointed out flaws that didn’t show in pictures so there would be no surprises.
He was very transparent and thorough. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. He even worked with us when the price was a little out of our budget and was able to find us a vehicle that suited our needs and our budget.

Got our 1st Subaru at DIehl Subaru this weekend. Previously got 3 while Waikem Subaru. All 4 times we have worked with Dan Auman. Great experience every time. Takes time to talk through the sale and walk through everything on the car. No pressure. No questionable tactics that some car sales people can be known for. Just a reliable and honest experience. Had some concerns about going back with the change of ownership of this dealership recently, but Dan provided the same experience we had with him under the prior ownership. I hope the new owners realize the quality salesman they have in Dan. Also, Jessica in the finance area does a superb job. Always takes time to explain everything and treats you as a valued customer, not just another sale. She is another gem to recognize as a quality member of the team.

My Salesman was Dan A. He never made me feel rushed or played games with numbers. He did not try to talk me into any higher trim or more options (I originally considered the premium trim level). He took whatever time was needed to answer all my questions. He was friendly, courteous, polite and very knowledgeable of the product. The financing portion of he process went smoothly, highly automated and hassle free. There were no playing with figures or questionable addons, etc.

All in all a very pleasant experience in my purchase. I would definitely purchase again from Diehl Subaru.

Oh, I bought a 2024 Crosstrek Limited (my first Subaru) and I love it.

I just purchased a new outback touring suv from Diehl and couldn’t be happier!!!

I worked with Devin McVicker, The sales rep representative. He was extremely knowledgeable, great to work with and communicated very well. He made me feel very comfortable the entire time.

During the process I also worked with Matt Coletta, the sales manager. Matt was very friendly and communicated very well making the process extremely enjoyable. I also received follow-up emails from Tim Smith, the title manager. Matt was extremely friendly and great to work with.

I honestly enjoyed going to and being in the dealership. Everyone was smiling and the environment was very family friendly. Everyone was very laid back throughout the entire process which made me feel like family. I would go back to them again without question. Our Family decided to take a chance on finding a truck on CarGuru. We located one that we couldn’t pass up on and it was at the Diehl Subaru dealership in Ohio. We contacted the dealership and that’s where we first met Thorne. Thorne started the process and handled everything which was wonderful as we are in a different state. Bought an outback from Erik at Deihl and had a great time doing it!
