I came here to get some cards done for my business and I just want to express my deepest gratitude for the entire Print staff that was working this day! Everyone was so nice, friendly & helpful! From the black lady with the dreads, the tall black man at Amazon checkout, the black female manager that was on duty & even Daren.

I want to go a step further & specifically point out Maurilio because he was soooooo patient and helpful when it came to walking me through how to make an order for future references once I made a mistake & he even helped me replace the second order & was so kind! God bless the entire staff this holiday season!

I recently stopped at this Staples after trying a couple of local small businesses for large format printing. I could not recommend this location more based on my experience. Diane was awesome and so helpful. I needed welcome signs on short notice (two days) and Diane was patient, knowledgeable about products and offerings, and even shared discounts available on their mobile app. She was also there when I picked my products up and made sure they met my expectations. All in all a great experience, and she was exactly the employee I was hoping would be there to answer my questions and help finalize the prints I needed. Thanks so much Diane!

Cannot vouch for pricing compared to other businesses but service alone will keep me a customer. Also learned they offer passport photos, TSA pre-check enrollment, and UPS services here. If you use Canva, you can also have orders shipped here for pick-up.

Hello good afternoon I recently visited the 1860 store and had an amazing experience with the cashier Alexis that has the cutest little bear water bottle she is so sweet and very helpful definitely would love to visit the store again soon <3

Dianah in the printing department is amazing!! Some of the best customer service I've had in my life. Knowledgeable, polite and just plain awesome!! Would recommend!

Jennifer and her team are the best. Her team helped me find all the items I needed and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the options available. Thank you for your exceptional service!! I will definitely be using this store for the future needs of my business.

Diana, I may be spelling this wrong, but Diana in the Marketing/business card section is Top tier!! She was so patient, informative and helpful! Great job staples on choosing the right team member!

Dianah was our customer service representative on our trip 1/4-5/22. We had submitted a brochure for printing from Our home base in California. We picked up on 1/4 right before closing. The print was not to our level of quality. I called Dinah the next morning. Without hesitation she offered multiple options to correct the situation. We were on the move to our convention in Galveston and she even offered to swing the project to the nearest store on the trip. After some consideration, why would I drift from someone who already has gone to the next level for us? We took a detour back to her store and she reprinted the brochures and upgraded the paper. We are so happy with the final project and openly excited to distribute these brochures representing our brand. Thank you so much Dinah!

Went as a walk in for TSA Precheck around 1130am on a weekday, there was an appointment already waiting and then myself. The lady running the cubicle was very kind and squeezed me in before her lunch break. She was also courteous enough to let the next walk in appointment know when she would be able to take him that way if he didnt want to wait that long he could come back. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about!

Alex went above and beyond her way to u set up my shredder and make sure it was working properly.

Dianah Jefferson always provides exceptional service! She goes above and beyond to ensure that my company’s prints are done with speed and efficiency. I highly recommend asking for her if you are working with the print & marketing department.

Dianah in the printing services is simply exceptional! She took the time to understand my requirements to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for and even suggested options for better quality! She's super friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable on the printing process and products - and I will keep returning to this location just to be able to work with her, because I know I'm in good hands for all my printing needs!

This review is for IdentoGo located inside Staples. I came here for my TSA pre check and was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. Appointments are preferred, but it seems to be on a first come, first serve basis. The man who did my paperwork was professional and efficient — the entire process took less than 15 minutes. The best part is that I received my TSA approval notice (via email) the next day!

First time shopping in store at staples and had a great experience! Went in to purchase two office chairs I saw online (only cost me $14 each to have them assembled in store!).

After making my way over to the furniture section, I was immediately greeted and offered assistance by Carol (manager in training). She was extremely helpful and provided me a great customer experience. Carol answered all of my questions, stayed with me throughout the entire purchase process, and made sure I received the best online pricing.

I was in and out of there in no time (15 minutes) and very pleased with my purchase/experience!

I went to the store to purchase a laptop a research buying guides before I went. Brandon was so helpful he walked me through each spec and explained what they mean. He helped me to decide on what laptop would be best for my needs. Brandon was patient and very knowledgeable. He also made sure that I had all of the software and protection that I needed as well.

The manager Jennifer was awesome as well. Very helpful not only to me but to all the customers I watched her assist.

Staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Cashiers knew of discounts and never had to look up sales or products.
General manager Jennifer was also helpful and grateful we were there.

Felicia was a huge help to me I called over three times back to back with more questions each time and she answered all my questions and helped me get all information about book binding. She had positive and great customer service and let me know I could call anytime with any other questions I may have for her to assist me. Overall I had a great experience thank you so much
