If you have never been to Total Wine, you must go because it's hard to explain the awesome experience! You can't imagine what the inside looks like from the outside! The store is huge, the shelves are fully stocked and very well organized! You don't have to drink alcohol to go inside and find things that will suit your needs. They carry a lot of kitchen gadgets, absolutely everything you need for a bar, as well! Excellent gift items! You can sign up for a proper tasting of different wines and they have this at an area inside of the store that is set up for several people to attend. Therefore, you will be sitting at a table and there will be someone talking about the wine that you will be tasting! On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, every week, samples of, maybe, wines and/ or different liquors...and it's FREE!! Their customer service is fantastic, there are always employees and management visible throughout the store and no matter how busy they are, the checkout is fast! You will find liquors here that you won't find at other stores! It's a fun experience! Highly recommended.

I went in because a friend at work was leaving after 20 yrs. I was lost. Know nothing about wine, but wanted a 20 yr old bottle. A staff member quickly came to my aid and found a bottle in my price range and the exact vintage. 2003. I miss my friend but kinda wish I knew more about wine. This store has everything! Staff knows everything! A great experience and I don't even drink. 🧊🥳

Not much to say about Total Wine, they're known for their amazing, knowledgeable, and eager-to-help staff as well as their selection. Not to mention this location is surrounded by lots of other stores (mainly home Depot and Kroger) making it an easy decision when you need anything related to alcoholic beverages, groceries and home projects!

I had a fantastic experience at Total Wine when purchasing two kegs of beer. The store had an impressive selection, and the staff was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my choices.

The level of service at this Total Wine is exceptional. There hasn’t been too many places I’ve been that are equal to the way this team operates. Everyone here was beyond friendly and helpful. While I was traveling I was looking for a good bottle of whiskey and the staff here are knowledgeable and patient. I worked with one individual that just really stood out. Maddox sir you are an unbelievable talent and an asset to your company and the staff at your location. Maddox took the time to understand what I was looking for, what my budget was, and what was important to me. Maddox provided different options for whiskey based on price point and what I was looking for. One thing he said that really stood out to me was “It’s nice to be nice”. You could tell this is something that he not only does on occasion but it is his consistent approach to how he treats every customer. I was so impressed I went to this Total Wine again on 5/6/23 while on vacation. While the store was busy due to Cinco De Mayo who do I see? Maddox not only helping customers but hoping on a register to help clear the lines. If you live in the area I’m sure you already are aware of the legend that roams the aisles at this Total Wine named Maddox, But if you’re visiting and you’re looking for good spirits (pun intended) look no further than this Total Wine. Check in with the service guru in a white shirt named Maddox!

A lot of wine, and liquor Bartender love this place, me 2 I went there for beer that the grocery store don't carry. Guess what they had them all Bud light Platinum, Coors, and natural ice at a great price. Sexy French lady at register 3, I need to work on my We"We"ee.

Andrew is quick to address premium liquor (bourbon in my case) selection and pricing. Hard to beat the selection and service here.
