Great service. Had issues starting my car, thought it might be a dead battery. Told the clerk my thoughts they were super helpful. I was able to get a new battery and was on my way in about 30min. Will come back in the future

Found just what I needed for my truck. The lady at the cash Counter. was super nice and helpful. And the guy outside the shop installed. My wiper blades for free. Great, doing business with a company like this.

Could not be happier! After an indifferent interaction with the O'Reilly across the street,(I just needed a battery installed I was buying from them,),they told me since my truck was 2017,, they can't do it. This is the same location that did my last battery in this truck! So, I got her to crank again, went to Autozone,and got a better price and my battery installed by a friendly, knowledgeable gentleman who got me back on the road!! Highly recommended!

Nate A. At the Pooler highway 80 location did an outstanding job. He is professional, knows how to look up parts and find you a great deal at a great price.Nate is an A+++++ 5 star employee and should, in the near future have his own store.
Store 3169 I had to get brake parts for my 27 year old Mercury Villager mini van. Part had to be ordered, got them no problem at all. They came at the right time on the right day just like I was promised.

I had the best experience yesterday I needed more than one item and all they had was one but Faye and Shawnda went above and beyond got on the computer and found what I needed all I had to do is come back the next morning and got what I needed most of the time you can’t get people to go out of their way to help you this is where I will come from now on I know I won’t have to go from store to store to get what I need thank you so so much Auto zone in pooler on hwy80 Sincerely Tammi

Visited this store earlier and an employee by the name of Roy was very helpful. I asked him where to find a product that would help cool my ac and he went above and beyond to walk me over to the product. He also looked up my vehicle in the system to make sure that I was purchasing the correct product for my make and model car. He was very polite and friendly. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but, I'm glad to know that with people like Roy, it still exist!

Excellent customer service. I just left O'Reilly across the street because I didn't feel welcomed in the store. I was not acknowledge any of the many representatives on green shirts. Anyway I right over here at Auto zone and was immediately acknowledge. Received the help that I need with enthusiasm. I highly recommend. The store was clean and the new manager Tammy was very welcoming.

The service I received from Ethan H. yesterday was exceptional. My car completely shut off and I had no idea what happened. Ethan ran a few tests and told me I needed a new battery and alternator. Even though I was not planning on spending that much money, his demeanor made me feel like he truly had my best interest at heart and was not trying to oversell products to me. He changed my battery with easy, which allowed me to drive my vehicle to another location to have the alternator installed. I usually try to go to the dealership to have my vehicle serviced, but they didn't have any appointments for weeks. I'm glad that I felt comfortable enough with Ethan to feel like this could be handled outside of the dealership. Less than 24 hours later, I'm back up and running!! I highly recommend this store.

Just taking a moment to point out that in an age when Customer Service has disappeared you can still find it if you see Harry at the Pooler location. Everytime I am in that store he goes beyond great service. I have all of my friends and family going to see him. Good man

I don’t know the names of the two men that helped my mom and I find the correct coolant for our car, but you were our saviors. Thank you so much for being patient and really helping us out. This place is awesome, and made our road trip a lot smoother.

When I arrived to get assistance with a check engine light on my 2010 prius, both Mr. Mathew and Ms. Shawnda were very helpful in assisting me and helping me get the parts I needed and even helped me diagnose additional problems I might need to get fixed. I was very happy that I could quickly fix the problem and get back on the road. Thanks Autozone!

The store 3169 employees are amazing and the friendliest people.
Loushanwnda Tukes & Austin Griffin helped me out tonight with finding a light for my car. They even helped me put it in. I will definitely be back, due to the service I received!

My man “Roy.C” helped us out a lot. We went to Auto zone to get a battery terminal cause my girlfriends car wouldn’t start if I pushed it down, we went there and Roy said we just needed a shim. We said okay spent the money for a shim and a terminal he said he will show us how to use the shim and the bolt wouldn’t come undone and he stripped off a little wire replaced the terminal all in the sprinkling rain. Shout out to Roy you need a raise my man!

The staff are super nice and they go the extra mile to help you they offered me tips to save money I respect that!!!

Cory, Harry and the rest of this team make finding parts almost fun enough for me to forget about the broken problem I'm dealing with.
I highly recommend AutoZone and this store in particular.
