We just bought a Nintendo switch. We're new to the gaming world & the girl that helped us was AWESOME! Super nice & knowledgeable. Like the fact they have a variety of new & used games. We will be returning forsure. Highly recommend this store.

Finally a new employees at this location. Haven’t been there for many months since I had many issues with previous employees rushing me out the door and had shown up during business hours and the store was closed. Glad to see theres new employees to help out and not throw you out the door.

I have been a game stop customer for over a decade now, and the service is always on point. Great games to come and the employees are wonderful. I will always recommend Gamestop to all my friends and family to go to for fun and games. The prices are wonderful and amazing deals for steals. And hey, maybe going for a job possibly to grow the business is even better. I would definitely love to work here too. :D

My son's Xbox stopped working, went in to buy a new ac adapter, not knowing if that was the problem. Only 1 guy working, but he was very helpful with all the info & suggestions he gave.

Very helpful at this location. Worth driving to rather than go to a location that simply does not care.

Always a good experience here. Friendly staff, and much nicer of an environment than the Orange City store. Game selection isn't terrible. Sometimes they are out of games, but that's business. I cannot hold them against that. I love the store, love the people, and love gaming! :)

The guys who work here are always nice and helpful, it's rarely crowded and it's a normal-sized Gamestop so they have a decent selection of stuff.

The salesman has always been knowledgeable and super helpful. Since I have no clue about most of the items my grandkids are asking for, that is essential.

The peeps behind the counter helped my twelve year old son get the best bang for his Christmas money by letting him know their were better options instead of the choices he had. Also made sure the content was acceptable. Wifey may not agree though. lol

We come here alot for games, gifts and alot more! They always have what we are looking for. The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpfull especially when it comes to questions or recommendations for console, games and other things. I know when I come here I’m in good hands. There are always Great deals on consoles and bundles too especially for the holidays and great trade in values for those old consoles and games! There are so much more than games here it’s great! Especially this one of a kind toys, and more!

This was my first time visiting this store, as I have recently become a new/first-time owner of a video game console. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff here! The assistant store leader greeted me immediately upon entering and was quick to show me around and explain all of the deals and specials they had going on. Then Seth, the Store Leader, spent almost an hour with me talking about everything from console evolution to gameplay to popular games and accessories, using both expertise and personal experience. He explained a lot to me, which helped to kind of introduce me to the world of gaming and give me a heads up on what to expect and look out for. He even printed up a couple pages of all of the new/upcoming games being released for the Xbox One so that I can check out what I might be most interested in! Super cool. This will be my “home” store for anything gaming-related for sure!

Very knowledgeable staff. The store is always clean. Staff is very helpful and pretty friendly. They always know what's going on and what's the best deal! Great place to go if you are a serious gamer!

After Thanksgiving dinner and spending time with family, i wanted to get the Poke Ball for the switch for my kids. Called 4 stores, none had em. Called one more, this one. She said she had one more left! She set it aside for me! I got there, and they saw it, and I while others were asking them if they had any I was able to get it for my 11yo for his Christmas present to go along with the other pokemon game we got him. Thank you to this store for that! You guy ROCK!

If you go to this store ask for E.J he's the nicest guy there. He loves dealing with the hardest of customers so if you're going to go there and complain or get mad, ask for E.J because that man has a way with words! He loves seniors too so let him meet the grandparents!

Line was long but the two gentlemen behind the counter were great. Fast, friendly, funny service. Great attitudes under such Xmas pressure.

Friendly staff, always helpful. No 'ma'am' public freak out. Always offers to see if other stores will hold something for you if they don't have it.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Help you to the best of their ability with only the minor push on extras as they are forced to from higher up. One of the best gamestop I've been to.
