This is the BEST UPS store... ever! The staff is always so nice, helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and overall I regret when I go to a different location because it may be on my way to where I am at the time. I was there today and Rachel, Nyasia and Liz was the staff and so nice, smiling and OVERALL made my day because of their super kindness and help! It is so hard to find a great staff and I hope the owner/ manager recognizes this staff because they show they love to help the customers!! I would give them 10 Stars plus+!! Thank you!! :)

Not enough people take the time to leave good reviews even though they’re deserved and I guess too many people have too much time on their hands according to the other reviews I see here. This store has always had nice respectful employees who are personable and from what I’ve observed can even identify many customers by name due to their extreme diligence! I wish I could leave more than 5 stars to make up for the fact that some people can’t find more than hate in their hearts.

I was helping organize a local charity fundraiser and we needed specially designed business cards to serve as tickets. Life was pretty busy for me at that time and I came to Patrick and the UPS Store for last-minute help.

With only a basic idea from me, Patrick improved my design and had the finished product in my hand in less than a week.

This is just the kind of local business and business owner we should all support.

As a society, we have a TON of issues with customer service lately. I am SO thankful for the staff at this Blue Moon Xing UPS Store! This entire team is so awesome, from the top down.

I routinely have to do last minute print orders, which can be quite complex. These guys knock it out of the park EVERY TIME! I even had an order I placed in another city that was really messed up. This store did a complete reprint and gave me a discount for my troubles.

They are always so helpful, so friendly and so personable. It's so refreshing to find a place these days with good customer service. And that's EXACTLY what you get with the UPS Store on Blue Moon. THANKS GUYS!!

I come here everyday and I’ve never had a negative experience. Staff always says hello, (except when the line is too long and they can’t see people coming in), and they always say have a good day when they hand you your receipt. Overall very happy with this store(:

The girl who helped with getting my documents notarized was friendly and helpful this morning. She seems to know what she was doing and i was able to get in and out in a timely manner even though it was a bit busy. Thank you so much.

Patrick, Anthony, and the rest of the team at the UPS Store/Savannah Quarters deliver A+ customer service. Boy Scout Troop 527 in Richmond Hill conducts a chicken dinner fundraiser once per year so the boys can earn the money necessary to pay for running the Troop, camping trips, canoeing, and other outdoor activities that they choose.

For the last two years, we have not been able to conduct the chicken dinner fundraiser in the way that we thought would be safe for the community and for the Scouts. The Scout bank account is getting low.

This year, we are starting back to the chicken dinner fundraiser and outdoor activities for the Scouts. It is only recently that we were sure we’d be able to conduct this fundraiser. One of the things we needed was a fairly large print run of the business card-size tickets that the Scouts sell around the community.

On Friday, I contacted the UPS store at Savannah Quarters and told them what I needed and how quickly I needed it. (We needed these “tickets“ in time for a Monday meeting with the parents of the Troop.)

From my first call to the pick up of the tickets(I just picked them up) Patrick, Anthony, and the whole team we’re very positive and had a can-do attitude. The tickets look fantastic and they were created for us basically overnight.

I had no idea what the cost would be before I place the order, so I assumed it would not be inexpensive due to the quick turnaround time.

I was wrong. Not only did they deliver exactly what I asked for in an incredibly short time frame, but they did it for a very reasonable price (far less than I was expecting we might have to pay).

These are good people running a good business and supplying not only what the customer orders but also outstanding customer service. Thank you!

Patrick with the UPS Store provided fast, professional service for my company, when I needed 14 boxes of 500 business cards, in a jam! He designed them, printed them on high quality stock and had them to me in no time. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend The UPS Store for business needs and for any shipping needs, too!

A very pleasant place to be especially since the staff is so welcoming and are extremely hard working though sometimes slow it is overall a nice store.

The facility itself is a standard of excellence. Employees are always polite and knowledgeable. I have worked with the owner (Patrick) of this store for the better part of 10 years. He has two UPS stores in Pooler and this is the newer one. The owner has been tremendously helpful when I have had unusual or problematic situations with my shipments. He is always there to give a personal phone call and clearly states exactly how he can be of help. I am so impressed with the service I receive that whenever possible I prefer to use only the Pooler and Blue Moon Xing UPS stores for my business needs.

Awesome customer service! I usually come into this store to ship packages and stuff, they are always pretty busy but attentive and kind. Today in particular I came in to print a birthday card and Braylon was super helpful and kind. Really made my day!

The convince of being off of I-16 is great, and next to Publix. All the girls in there are very helpful and nice, Kaitlyn, Elizabeth,Angela and Rachel.

Patrick and company are our ‘go to’ guys for anything printed. Over the years they’ve generated business forms, banners, marketing and business cards even automotive and refrigerator magnets for Diamond. We’ve even used them for shipping, lol. Quality service and products, always!

All I can say is wow. I know, you think a UPS store, how complicated can this be. The employees at this store went out of the way to satisfy my dilemma. A need for an extreme white background. One held a piece of white styrofoam while the other snapped the photo. The real compliment came from them developing the solution. I had to have an extreme white background. They could have let me leave the store stating, heybest we can do. No way for these folks. Customer satisfied. Nothing short.
