Outstanding customer service I called all the local Aaron's about ac units and this is the only location that took the time to help get me sit up with a new unit. They even went above and beyond and had all the paperwork done and unit sitting by the door all I had to do was go in and sign paperwork. They were extremely professional and polite threw the whole process I can't recommend THIS location enough you won't regret choosing here I guarantee it.

I never really do these reviews however I had an amazing time at Aaron’s in Pooler, GA The general Manager, i want To say her name was Jennifer was absolutely amazing! Not only was she sweet but she was so helpful! I could Tell she had a passion for what she does. I will Be referring multiple people thanks to her and the service she provided!

I have been with Aaron’s for a very long time and love them ... Jennifer is the best customer service that you can ask for... so helpful, knowledgeable and kind ... drivers are excellent... wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Jennifer and her staff are the best. Been dealing with AArons for over 5 years, I followed Jennifer from Statesboro, will only do business with her, she will treat you right!!!!!! she has an excellent staff now everyone in Pooler are great!!!!!

This place is awesome. I visited many furniture stores but Arron’s in Pooler, GA is far superior then any of their competitors. The staff are very friendly with outstanding customer service skills. First off by saying yes they are double the price and why would I get anything.You are crazy and out of your mind. I shop just like any of you and if it's cheaper to rent and be able to comfortably pay my bills,why not. I don't have $2000 for a living room suite at a drop of a hat. Pay the affordable monthly payment and still have money to pay your bills. Don't get over your head and down the road you have to take it back cuz that's the worse feeling There are some items that are over priced. Use ur head. Not ur heart.

I've been going to this place for awhile now and I've never had a problem the employee's were always respectful and were always ready to help with whatever you needed
