I came to the store, looking for a gift for my boyfriend. The employees there were excessively friendly. They were so helpful and even after I paid, they found what I needed and came back to get me so they can exchange it for what I wanted. Thank you for being so kind. You made this difficult process for me very simple.

One of my favorite stores. The employees are helpful, especially with selecting jewelry, they're friendly and it's just an all around enjoyable experience.

I worked for this location for almost two years and as a continual customer, I loved the overall atmosphere. Management has changed a lot for the better so if you had a negative experience before, I recommend trying it out again as there’s been many changes since then.

Buy 1 get 1 for $1 is one of the best deals I've seen around . The staff is super helpful and the exchange policy is amazing got medium needed large they changed it no problem was in an out so quick! Very clean store.

These guys are cool cats. Workers knew that store like the back of their hands and authenticly nice and cool.

Employees are always chill and try their best to help me with anything I need and usually joke around a little too, really helps me unwind and ease some social anxiety, I mess with this place

One of the managers name is Shannon. She take her time an explaining things U have questions about. She is an amazing sales person ty for the help every time I come n there

I think the workers are pretty nice I like the store but if u have kids don't go into the back of the store..... (They have sex stuff) I both my chucky and tiffany dolls from there I fixed up tiffany I brushed her hair but eyelasher and black lipstick on her

I used to go Spencer's back in the 90 s now I take my kids, I have always loved their variety !!
