I came here looking for random hardware for a diy trailer project. Of course, I can’t just buy whatever they had; I needed to McGuyver something to make this part. I was helped by Dominic, who was awesome. He had some creative ideas for me that ended up being perfect. So thank you!

Clean and well stocked home improvement store. I could get lost for hours here just looking around. The associates are very helpful and friendly at this location and they have plenty of them walking around and available to help or answer questions. They're very knowledgeable, speaking for the ones I've interacted with anyway.

Awesome shopping experience here this morning. Special thanks to Mr. Michael (older Caucasian gentleman) who saw to it that I exactly what I needed from it's exact location. This man showed exemplary customer service this morning as he helped my daughter and I navigate through the store. He also encouraged me to download the Lowes app, which has so many features. This man was a huge blessing today. 🙌🏾

I visited Lowe’s to get a few painting supplies and was totally impressed with the customer service. I wanted to remember the name of the associate that helped us I think her name was Sandra in paint department super helpful

Alway clean staff was very helpful.

Ms. Destiny and Ms. Desiree were a huge help today getting product off the top where they needed a forklift. They even brought the product outside so I didn't have to keep loading and unloading everything. They also help put the product in my vehicle. Much appreciated!

Had to get bins and different sizes.
Used self-checkout and had all.$5 bills for a $150 I asked the woman if she could trade the $5s for something a little easier as you have to feed the machine. She thought maybe her doing it would help, so I asked her again, and she said she couldn't 🤷‍♀ 🤷‍♀
They also helped me put the soil and mulch in my vehicle.

I literally go to Lowe's every work day, each department has a specialist and if a customer has questions they know what they're talking about.

The Lowes in hinesville probably has some of the best customer service and prior service employees. Love them to death. Even if you aren't signed up fully for your veteran discount, they'll still assist you and scan their card for it as long as you have a Common Access Card or other related cards. Plus, they have a lot of great stuff for woodworking and quite a bit of all year around furniture and utilities such as deep freezers. Can't wait to come back woop woop.

Decided to come to Lowe's after Home Depot took over a month to fail 3 times at delivering my washer and dryer to see if they'd be able to match/beat/delivery the same set or better. They did next business day delivery and matched the price. I know where to take my business for any future major appliance purchases. The garden department is also very nice and well maintained. I've purchased many plants and gardening products there. Highly recommend if you're going to purchase from a large chain store.

Fantastic customer service. The guy in appliances is a real one. Very personable. Give the dude in appliances with a little son, that worked 8/19/23, that has that awesome color coordinated fridge a raise!

Best in home improvement lawn and garfen care, its the time of year, you might need yo treat your yard for rodents, insects etc, they helped me do so with house fly and wasp spray treatment thanks to ms harley in lawn and garden! Recommend Lowes hands down the best in Georgia for home improvement!

Went to get a spare key made and ended up spending $100 on plants. Lol.
