Starbucks

Came in to redeem a Starbucks birthday gift code. The barista was so nice and helpful, especially since I had not downloaded the app initially. I ordered a frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade and pineapple cake. Both were actually really good. I was surprised at how fresh the pineapple cake was since it was prepackaged. The lemonade is definitely a bit sour, but it was flavorful.

Ordered a Chai Tea Latte.. it was a little “watery” and lacking flavor. Josh at the counter had them re-make it with a shot of Vanilla
1.) The Chai Tea was amazing with the Vanilla
2.) Most importantly- Josh was fantastic! Quick, efficient and super-friendly.

Wow!!! This location is ON FIRE!!!! A well-oiled machine…. Their large staff was busy, efficient and friendly! They had a huge drive-through line so we ordered inside- they had 3 rows of pickup orders ready to go!!! Wish all the locations were this organized!!!

Very busy at times but amazing staff! The inside is adorable when it’s open and they are always friendly. Drinks come out usually on time and are almost always perfect! I’m a daily drinker and love my location despite how packed it is. It’s worth the wait! I suggest ordering online for in store pickup :). The take one/leave one wall is adorable and always fun to read! Really leaves a sense of community ❤ I will miss this Starbucks when I move

We went through the drive thru today around 6:30pm, we ordered a mocha cookie crumble, a pumpkin spice latte and some pastries. He was so nice, with a great smile from the moment we ordered to the moment we left he treated us amazingly. He prepared everything for us by himself, and he was even dancing and having a blast.

Food and drink quality is great here and the staff is wonderful. The drive-thru is quick. The staff is eagerly willing to insure your drink is what you want and enjoy. The breakfast is really good especially the bagels and eggs. This location is also very quick at fulfilling your mobile orders. Location is conveniently located on the main road in Hinesville. This Starbucks is very clean and safe for family.

Amazing customer service Skylar is absolutely awesome! I didn't have that great of a day and that girl most definitely cheered me up with 2 free drink cards! Yummy food, sweet treats and the drinks are always on point!

I went last night and my tea was messed up, went back to get it fixed, it was on great. The photo you see now, it was a drink for one of my sons. He really enjoyed it and thought it was cery cool how the barista made his drink.

Didn't really have a lot of items due to national world wide shortage. I tried the Strawberry funnel drink and I did not like it at all it's very bitter has no sweetness to it.

I LOVE COFFEE there coffee is good I won't say great but it's good sometimes I feel like the employees don't want to take your order there is a relaxed happy vibe with some people and others it's just a hating vibe but overall I LOVE almost all the employees and there coffee

Love this location! Not only is the coffee awesome, but so are the people who work here!! Usually my husband orders on the app to go in and pick up coffee, but this time we went through the drive-thru and it was simply lovely. Didn't wait more than five minutes to receive our items and there were a lot of cars. Keep up the good work.. y'all rock!

service is awesome 90% of the time. the only employee i dont like is an older white lady who usually works during the week. so i dont go to this location during the week usually. the staff on the weekend is amazing, especially the younger women working the window/drive thru. my order is ALWAYS right and i love that.

This location stays busy! Order ahead is the way to go. Love trying all the seasonal flavors when they come out. My top choices from starbees are egg bites (for breakfast) paired with a frappuccino (which is really good any time of the day)!

Always experienced nice staff here. Gladly will make drinks the way you want them if you're not satisfied. Only thing of course is the long drive thru. But it comes with all Starbucks shops lol.
I did have 1 staff member be somewhat rude while trying to pick up my mobile order Inside. Won't call them out but remember to always treat people kindly and do not talk down to anyone, especially if you're looking to keep your job.

This Starbucks is legitimately the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to, I never have a problem my order is always ready right when I get to the window, and the drive thru lines go super fast. The few times they’ve been out of something I ordered(I usually go through mobile) when I pull up they’re super quick to offer a full refund on that item or exchange for something else without me even having to say a word. The baristas are out of this world friendly and is the main reason I gladly keep coming here seriously some of the hands down best service I’ve ever gotten from a fast food place. Keep on the great work!

It doesn’t matter how many times I go, the morning crew is the absolute best. They are very, very nice at all times, even when they are busy. This has been the best Starbucks that I have visit in my entirely life and I have been in different states. I will miss them when I leave Hinesville in a couple of months. Girls, please, keep giving everyone the same treatment like you guys have given to me. Always very, very personalized. Thank you so much to all the morning crew!!!!!!
