I was very pleased with the young lady that worked the front of the store. She was very sweet and kind. I also enjoyed our conversation.

My experience at this location I visit often and every time I have a pleasant experience. Clean store team members are very attentive very impressed with the customer service.

I went to this CVS to purchase allergy medication. The pharmacist was concise and pleasant. After purchasing allergy medication, I walked to he front to purchase a water. I wasn’t feeling well due to my allergies, however, the staff was pleasant and made my experience a good one.

I was in a hurry and couldn't find my medicine for my sick daughter. The manager, Lisa, was able to get me to the correct spot swiftly and even recommended a medicine I hadn't tried before. It worked like a charm! Thanks Lisa!

They have a very amazing staff. Everyone is so nice. They are awesome.

The cashiers were amazingly receptive to clients needs. Two customers were waiting in line as I was getting Passport photos printed and became upset at each other because one believed the other was to close and the other continued to say she had her vaccine. The cashiers were able to separate them calmly and take care of their transactions.

Monty was also a very considerate person. If he was not able to work with a customer right away, he would notify that he would be with them shortly. I appreciate the compassion he showed to one customer who believed he has lost his wallet. Monty reassured the customer and they were able to find his wallet and complete his transaction.

Even though there were power issues today, the amazing pharmacy staff ensured that those signed up for COVID Vaccinations and Boosters still were able to get their dosages. Thank you to the staff for making the best with what you had due to power issues.

And the entire staff was incredibly pleasant and thanked us all for being patient and understanding.

The pharmacists are ABSOLUTELY wonderful here! I have never had such a pleasant experience at a pharmacy before. They went out of their way to help me save a few thousand dollars. I couldn't be more thankful. Very blessed for their kindness.

Recently started using this CVS as my go-to and I have to say they've done well by me so far. I had a recent issue with a prescription and the pharmacist walked me through my options and even ran several checks against their system in order to find the best solution for me. These folks are the last line of defense between you and a script that may be wrong or potentially lethal based on your current medications, so please be patient and kind.

Top-Notch Customer Service. I placed an order for 4x6 Mini Booklets and unfortunately CVS corporate did not ship the booklets to all CVS stores (new product). Instead of just cancelling my order, the employee called me to let me know the issue. The managers drove around Ann Arbor to get me enough booklets to finish my project that was needed the next day. I was so appreciative and very impressed! I called today to pre-order some booklets in advance and they are coming through. Thank you!

I had surgery on Monday and stopped into CVS on my way home to pick up my medication. Shortly after being in the store I asked a employee if they had a restroom I could use because I wasn’t feeling well. He informed me that they didn’t have a public bathroom but he would take me to the back to use the employee restroom. After walking through the doors to get to the back I unfortunately got sick everywhere and never made it to the restroom. I offered to clean up the mess but was told multiple times not to worry about it that someone would take care of it. Employees were more then helpful getting me a chair to sit down on, Gatorade, and tissues for my nose. I was more then impressed with my experience at this CVS. I do however apologize to the person that had to clean up the mess. Thank you again for your great customer service.

I have no problem with this branch. The staff is friendly, polite, knowledgable & helpful. If what you need is not available they will let you know when it will be in. I like this CVS. It is close, accessible & convenient location.

Joon is a great pharmacist! Everyone I’ve come into contact with at this pharmacy is amazing, but I can’t remember everyone’s names. They are so fast, competent, and nice!

Clean and the staff is more than willing to get 5 stars for their clean organized isles. And it is comforting when it's cold outside And warm inside.
