They had exactly what my husband was looking for! I got a Nintendo Switch, the New Mario Wonder game, and a controller! Absolutely love it! Plus it was an early anniversary present from my husband!

Excellent customer service!!! The employees at this GameStop are phenomenal and redeemed GameStop for me and my family. We had a terrible experience at a GameStop in St. Louis and the transaction was something we really wanted to forget, so we returned our purchases at the Marion GameStop. We didn't want to get into the details of the other incident and thankfully didn't have to. The Marion GameStop accepted our return without pressuring us to exchange or buy something else, which was much appreciated. The new trainee assisting us, Stephen, was friendly, professional and polite, as was his supervisor. Thank you, Marion GameStop. Your customer service is top notch! We will stick to this GameStop from now on.

Good people and good service of knowledge for rewards and game status. I love how they can easily tell u what is a good deal between trading and selling games that r new or old.

I have been in gamestop multiple times with my sons and the assistant manager has gone out of his way to ensure our rewards account was set up properly when it was not working. He and his associate also helped me pick age appropriate games for my sons. Very personable and customer service focused. Thank you!

The manager always goes out of his way for me(even knows my name and kids names). Never had an issue on returns (unopened or malfunction). And they are great on recommendations as long as you know a genre you want. 😁

Workers there are cool

Always clean. Always great service. Picked a a Zelda purse/backpack for my daughter. Love getting my camera out and "making" my x-mas list for the wife.

This will always be the best Gamestop. Super friendly and helpful staff. They will always have my business. And you don't have to preorder games if you're not the type, but if you are a collector, I definitely recommend pre-ordering through them.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff; willing to admit when they don't know the answer to questions. Prices seem reasonable and the shop looks well kept, with items stocked and where they belong.

The location may be slightly bigger than the old spot in the Mall but feels like it has less inside of it. The staff remains as helpful as ever though!

I like GameStop in the mall because it has a great selection of titles and I like that it has preowned games. The only problem is (this is for any GameStop In general) the trade system. Here's an example, I once bought a game that costed $18, I go and trade it in for $3. That just isn't right. Otherwise, the people are nice and overall is a good GameStop
