Dillard's

Had to return a dress that my daughter decided not to wear. Returning the item was simple. Since the dress was purchased with cash, I asked for cash back. The registers must not keep cash because I was asked to go to the service desk with my voucher to receive the cash. Not a big deal because it took me through the store and I saw some really good sales.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Store had shoes I had been looking at online, but I was grateful they had the same brand, given me the ability to try on the shoes. That enables me to make a good choice. The price online was about the same in store, and thus, I did not have to send anything back via the post office, wasting my time. Thanks Dillard's.

The people at this store are fantastic!! They made every effort to help my husband and I find the perfect outfits. We were so well taken care of from mens, womens, shoes and jewelry. The whole group deserves an award! Keep up the fabulous customer service!!

I find quality styles at Dillard's. The store is spotless but it's a little difficult to find a salesperson but when you find one they couldn't be more attentive to your needs. Styles range from classic to edgy and trendy. On the slight downside, I'm not fond of the new designs that look like they came straight from the prairie. Definitely not what I expect from Dillard's. Yes, the clothing and accessories are on the price side, but if you find a piece that works perfectly then it's well worth the cost. Highly recommend for timeless and edgy fashion! 5*****

Very well organized, tons of choices almost becomes too much. Ask for a fella named Fred. Super knowledgeable, funny personality, professional, great dude. He is the go to guy on everything in that store. Got me thru a last minute pickle flawlessly. A bit pricey but definitely great quality.

We bought 2 beautiful dresses for Homecoming. Lots to choose from. Reasonable prices. All the employees were very welcoming and polite. Glad we went.

Betty was so helpful. She assisted me in finding something appropriate and the color I needed for an event. I had a cramp in my shoulder so she helped me with zippers and everything. I will be returning for jewelry to compliment the outfit I purchased. Very pleased with my experience!

Best place to shop for clothes in town

I cannot stress enough how helpful the workers here have been with finding anything suits, ties, etc. and they’re just incredibly kind and friendly people, I will go nowhere else to shop for any special occasion. Seriously, if you have trouble finding the right suit, ask Fred Huff, he has superpowers I swear.

Rita is the best! She was very helpful to our needs. My parents took my daughter shopping for her band concert. From what I gathered, my parents are regular customers at Dillards, and Rita automatically noticed them. She was professional, and still down to earth. Please keep Rita forever!

Ive had to make a couple returns and it was 100% hassle free and quick, the sales are awesome and the quality of items is top notch. I seen today they now have the ugg blankets, I have one and its amazing. Everyone should check them out

I love this location! This Dillards has such a wonderful variety from their clothes to their fabulous home decor! They carry all sizes for anyone! Their staff are very helpful and so friendly! I only buy from this location because I know that they will always carry everything I want and need. Special thanks to all the fantastic employees at Dillards! You are guys awesome!

It's always nice when I go. It's quiet, store associates are polite and always around ready to help. Probably starting to notice my girlfriend and I from buying up all of their Michael Kors merchandise. I'll be going again later this week and the foreseeable future.
