Desiree the store rep was really great! She was helpful and friendly and got everything I needed done in a timely manner. Give that woman a raise!!!

Lord Ginger uses a Pepe avatar which is usually a signal for, well, let’s just say they wish we were back in pre-Civil Rights time. My bet is this user will give a 5 star rating to racist places and 1 star rating based on…well let’s just say they let their prejudices take over. Anyone, like Lord Ginger, I’m going to start out by saying I’ve never been here, but I really don’t believe they had bad experience so I’m going to even things out and give you all a 5 because that’s what Lord Ginger does.

Excellent experience very friendly employees and help with everything you need and explain everything to you very thoroughly and actually take the time to show you and explain to u how something works and if u have any questions or issues they help u get it resolved and answers to your questions. I give them a 10 star 🌟 if there was that many. I recommend them if u need to switch phone providers or new to the area and already have at&t

We moved to Dexter almost a year ago with Verizon service on our cell phones. By switching to AT&T not only have we saved about $250. The service is so much better! I have had the same number for 13 years and was able to keep it.
The Staff at the store is super knowledgeable and extremely helpful! We switched with 8 lines and only had 1 minor mix up. Which was fixed in a matter of 10 minutes! I would highly recommend them for cell service. Thank you!

Matt and his crew are always ready to help with whatever you need. Need a new phone they got you, need help with your bill they got you. Need help changing or understanding your account they got you. It's always been a pleasure walking into our local AT&T store here in Dexter, Thank you for all you do! Great job guys

Every time I go into the store I feel so welcomed and every one is so friendly!!! Morgan and Shelby have always went out of their way to help me and earn my business!!! I met Heather for the first time today and she was also very friendly and helpful!! Never been so pleased in another att store before!!

The lady that helped me when I went in Dexter, Mo store was awesome . Got me the phone/ plan and insurance for my new phones that I wanted with a great price. I would recommend for her to get a raise cause she treat everyone that walked in the store with great customer service and smile.

A young man named Brad was so helpful. He's the only reason I gave this 5 stars. I've been in this store different times before and haven't had the friendliest people wait on me and have been talked down to by one young lady. Didn't see her this time. I usually try to go to the Poplar Bluff store. It's a good place to go for help.

My sons phone wasn’t working right. I stopped at the Cape Girardeau Mo store yesterday and got NO help what so ever, acted like they could have cared less. Today we went to the Dexter Mo store and Morgan was absolutely wonderful! She fixed his problem in just a few minutes, and was so nice!!! I will definitely go there from now on. Thank you!!

The ladies in there are absolutely fantastic! They took care of our large bunch (6 people) with nothing but patience and understanding. Will definitely be going back in for anything we need help with in the future.

I stopped in at the AT&T store in Dexter on June 12 with an issue with my I-Phone 10+.
Matt met me at the door and checked it out and was very helpful. I decided to upgrade while I was there and he was very attentive to what I needed.
Long story short, I was very pleased with the service at the Dexter Missouri branch of AT&T and would recommend them to anyone in need of phones or other similar products they offer.

I have visited the Dexter AT&T Store several times for help with different issues and have always been treated with prompt and courteous service. We even took in an iPad that we didn't purchase from this store for assistance with the screen protector and Kaytie and Morgan had it resolved very quickly and didn't charge us anything. Five stars and two thumbs up!!! :)

The staff at this store 10 times better than my visits before got all of our needs taken care of and they was still taken care of all the other customer that came in the store or called. The staff were very knowledgeable of all the phones and accessories we purchase.We did not get referred to Walmart for our accessories as were last time a 1 year ago.

My AT&T sales representative Cisco Vega was absolutely amazing!!! He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful !! I had a complex technical issue concerning a mistake that I made while trying to port my old cell number from cricket to AT&T myself over the phone but.. he made multiple phone calls to got it figured out and succeeded in resolving my issue , which meant the world to me I’ve had same number for 16 years lol !!! He's a fantastic employee , I will definitely be coming there for now on just to have Cisco Vega assist me for quality service , the entire staff was helpful !!! Thanks so much everyone

The ladies in this store were so helpful. We took our bunch of 6 total in for phone upgrades and stuff and they made sure we were all taken care of before we left! They even helped to switch all of our old stuff over to our new devices.

I'm always greeted with smiling faces. Morgan is a great manager and the staff is knowledgeable and professional. Great job guys! Happy customer.
