The staff at the Ocoee, Florida location went out of their way to help me when a major gaming console maker - um, for the sake of the conversation, let's call them Schmony - completely abandoned any semblance of customer service. The manager of the store, Melissa, went above and beyond to make things right, even when technically, it wasn't Gamestop's problem - it was the console maker's. Now *that's* service after the sale! Highly recommend!

I visited this location yesterday, (black friday 2023) and I had an amazing experience that I wasn’t expecting. Usually, black fridays are hectic and anxiety inducing. I have to say it was busy, however I felt welcomed and taken care for. Whenever I had a question, Jarone was happily waiting to help. I found everything that I needed in stock despite the huge demand. When I was checking out, I was met with the warmest smile and “hello” from the cashier, Nevia. She was so sweet and kind. I could tell she actually cared about my experience. She asked me questions and chatted with me briefly. Amazing employee.Best GameStop experience thus far.

GameStop is an essential destination for all things gaming, from consoles and accessories to the latest releases. The store is well-stocked and organized, making it easy to find exactly what I'm looking for. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about gaming. I appreciate their trade-in program, which allows me to save money on new purchases. GameStop is a fantastic store for gamers of all levels.

A good selection of anime and game merchandise. This game stop has a small selection of PS3 games and accessories as while. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this game stop to others.

I wanted to give a huge shout-out to both team members that were on staff during "The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom" midnight release party. Both were enthusiastic and passionate about the midnight release, with one of them hosting a fun questionaire with giveaways. I wanted to give special recognition to Cee (cashier # 699693). She was incredibly helpful and informative of the product and of the things I could purchase. With her help, I decided to upgrade to the collector's edition to surprise my girlfriend who is a huge Zelda fan. Cee helped with the surprise when my girlfriend arrived later to the cash register expecting to pick up a regular copy she had ordered. Cee took her regular receipt and then dropped the huge collector's box onto the counter. It was a wonderful time. I now look really good to my girlfriend thanks to Cee. 😁Thank you!

Josh is the best! He always takes great care of us when we are shopping. We love Josh! We will definitely be going to his store in the future!

Zack, Kish and the head manager are fantastic and always helpful. They make sure you get what you need and are always on top of making sure you have a great experience. It's the only reason I even visit GameStop anymore since a lot of items are readily available online. But these employees always insure a great doing experience with a friendly attitude. Great work!!

Convenient little shop, packed with stuff. The staff was very friendly and helpful; Neal helped me find just what my kids wanted. I will certainly go back.

I LOVE this community GameStop. I had a blast talking to Neal about different products be offered (like DND dice or headphones) and he was really knowledgeable. He knew a lot about everything, and was really really kind!

I also liked Josh - when I went into inquire about the price of something and the price difference between online and in store, Josh was able to help me out navigating the website and understanding what I was looking at. He made sure he came up with a great outcome for both of us.

I've been coming here for years ever since I was a little girl with my older brother. I think being here constantly and seeing new games and new rollouts of systems, GameStop in ocoee has kept their spirits and their personality and their culture. These people care about you. And I don't think I'll ever stop shopping at this particular gamestop.

Was hugely busy during holidays but staff still remained upbeat, professional and tried to aid customers quickly. Even when the air went out one employee actually let me borrow a fan to cool off. Can't beat that!

Stopped in about a week ago because our Joy Cons weren't working with our newly purchased Ringfit game. Thankfully, I was the only customer in at the time, so both the associate and manager were able to help me figure out the problem within 10 minutes. Today, after searching and searching for a new pair of Joy Cons, I stopped in here again and was able to get the very last set! Some things are just meant to be.

I did not intended to spend much if anything once I arrived but the manager was really friendly and outgoing which persuaded me to make a purchase. 5 out of 5 stars will visit again

I went to gamestop to trade in my ps4 for a ps4 pro and Jonathan (manager) was awesome from start to finish. He walked me through everything, and did not rush everything. He was also very knowledgeable of all the upcoming games. I even signed up for the pro reward card. Will be back for Black Friday and Christmas. Thanks Jonathan!
