This stores service was very quick and professional. I appreciate Hope for taking care of me and being thorough and patient with all my questions! Great Service!

I had a great experience. The customer service was outstanding. Austin was their representative that I spoke with and he was polite and was very knowledgeable. I expressed what issue I was having and he knew exactly what the solution was. And the whole staffing team was inviting and was truly concerned about helping the customer. And I truly believe this is a reflection of Management that was working today. My phone is critical for my business and they were prompt in their service. I gave the manager and the rep my business card to show my gratitude and offer my services to them if they needed them. I’m very thankful.

The sales person with the purple hair, she told me her name and still forgot!! She was AWESOME!! Took her time and talked me thru the whole sales process!! Thank you Ms. Purple Hair!!!😊

My experience was great! Anthony was very pleasant to work with and made sure my new iPad was ready for use before I left the store. He went above and beyond and discussed all options to better save me money and I left happy with my purchase.

Kaitlyn was an amazing help! We had so many issues come up with the carrier I was switching from, yet she remained very patient, helpful, outgoing and kind. She spent two hours on getting us what we needed. Best customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life!

Had to take my mother in law in to switch an old phone over. Kaitlyn was amazing. The old phone couldn't download and app to switch over the information to the new one and Kaitlyn hand typed them for us. She was awesome. Thank you for such great customer service

The man who helped me was Anthony, great guy who helped me immediately and helped 3 others at the same time. He was great at explaining everything about my upgrade and my mother's as well. He maintained a smile even though he was being burdened with alot. Anthony was amazing and made my experience amazing.

Bryanna was very helpful and enthusiastic. Appeared that she was enjoying her job and helping us out. I enjoyed her cheerful personality. Oh…and she was knowledgeable in what she was helping us with. Aileen helped us briefly and was willing to help even when she could have probably taken a break in between customers. They both took their time to get our screen protectors on our phones without any lint left behind. Highly recommend both these young ladies

I had been trying to upgrade my phone for a week with Customer Service Reps over the phone. They could not resolve my issue, but I went to the store and could not let the evening go by without acknowledging Austin great customer service skills. He was patient and worked with me until the issue was resolved. I really appreciate all he did in making my purchase a success. Thank You and wish you all the best in your career at AT&T. In my opinion, he should be promoted! He resolved an issue managers over the phone were unable to resolve.

Aileen was our store representative. We couldn’t have asked for a more friendly employee. She was sweet, funny, and beautiful. She got us our order quickly and we were in and out in five minutes. I also loved that there was hand sanitizer on every table.

The lady Kaitlyn was very awesome came in and helped me with my problems. My phone wasn't reading the Sim card and after 2 attempts to switch the Sim I had to submit a claim. And she was very helpful with everything

Kayleigh is a very good retailer consultant she helped set me up a new phone and it did not take as long as I thought it would. I was treated very well when I arrived at the store and I have really bad anxiety and she made me feel very comfortable. All store employees were very friendly.

It was a very pleasant stop for me. I had a brief wait but it was busy. I needed a new screen protector. We discussed the type and reccomendations. I picked one out and my sales assistant put it on for me and done a wonderful job I might add. Thanks so much for the help and wonderful service.

Kaitlyn was wonderful helping my little sister, mom and myself find new phone's yesterday and made the trade in process so easy!
