Taco Bell

This was a pleasant experience all together! The back line staff had there stuff together and got the orders out quickly! The night shift manager is very pleasant and helpful! Our orders were correct, delicious, and made quickly! Fantastic experience!

While waiting to order in the drive thru there was a homeless man harassing two young girls in the car in front of me. He was banging on their window and flipping them off for not rolling down their window. A young man who works there came out and asked him to leave. The man was vulgar and disrespectful to this employee. The young man continued to make the man leave! When I got to the window to pick up my food, the young man was working the drive thru and was being yelled at for his actions! He deserves a raise!!! Those girls were trapped in the drive thru line and had He not stepped in that man would have continued to harass them or me or other customers! Thank you for great customer service! Give him a raise!

I'm a regular at this Taco Bell, the food is consistently great and the dining room is well maintained. They are more kitchen focused than other locations, so customers are required to order using the floor Kiosk.

Yea. They've changed some personnel, but it's still clean and professional! I don't go to the 🚻 area, but they do have secure doors to keep out the vandalizers! So I am thinking it's probably clean, hoping it is anyway for anyone caught requiring it? Businesses really need to remember the prosperous times back before multiple outlets! To me.

Best Taco Bell I have eaten at in a very long time. Large portions and hot food. Very tasty taco supreme, burrito supreme and pintos with cheese! I love the "red sauce" on everything! Do they bottle that "red sauce"? Well they should! There was also great music playing in the background and the restaurant was clean both in the dinning room and the kitchen. Awesome service! Thanks to the ladies and gentlemen working at this Taco Bell!

The orders are always right and the items are well made. The store is always clean and organized. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is our preferred location.

I visited this Salisbury, NC location at lunch rush on Saturday, Feb. 25th. I walked and ordered via the kiosk at 12:15, and paid at the counter. By the time I'd filled my drink cup at 12:18, my order was ready. My items were expertly prepared and well packaged. The Doritos Locos Taco shell was crispy and presented as if it had been made for a commercial. All of my food was hot and delicious, but most importantly, the service and wait time was excellent. I've been to many a Taco Bell and recently, the wait times especially have been less than optimal. This location's staff worked like a well oiled machine to produce a top notch product quickly and efficiently, even when one team member was called away to help someone order and man the register, all with helpful, polite, smiling faces. The service and quality I've experienced here is unmatched.

Never disappointed with the food and service from the employees. The restaurant is clean and the people are kind. Food is delicious and just the right amount of portions. One of mine and my children's favorite places to eat in town.

Don't really like the ordering process now ,,you got all them worker's in there ,what's wrong with talking to a person

I'm rating Dakota 5 stars for great customer service. I was in a great mood and it's rare you receive great customer service from fast food restaurants these days. She went above and beyond on my order after 1 am adjusting my order, everything was right, and she was very kind. I appreciate it.

Great visit. Service was fast and friendly. Two cinnamon twists were left off? But the young lady fixed it quickly with a smile and an apology. We had a Very large order, along with a line around the building, so mistakes are completely understandable.
We all make mistakes.
Forgiveness and kindness towards one another is an ingredient that goes well with everything.

I was charged 28.00 dollars for 5 tacos....I think dude that took over pocket.some.the money...I won't eating any time soon

Great people work here and that makes all the difference. When you go in to order, everyone is just real nice and very friendly. It makes the basic, mundane experience of getting fast food fun and enjoyable. They've never messed up my order in the 20+ years I've been going here and the food is as good as any taco bell can be.
