Staff is always very friendly and helpful! I'm legally blind, so going into new places is sometimes difficult for me. When I'm looking for new flavors, I'm given great recommendations and they are very accommodating. Appreciate the good customer service!

Y'ALL ARE AWESOME!!!!! I called before I came out to Coburg road and y'all quickly let me know the cost of the products I requested y'all were patient with me and the young man that helped me was so polite and helpful he helped me find every product I needed and helped me find two different fluids that I loved I also ended up buying a couple different batteries that I hadn't originally planned on but I did need really they provided me with one of the best customer experiences I've ever had so to all of y'all please keep being you the world is such a harsh place and I never expected that I would find some of the happiest nicest people in a vape shop y'all took my crappy day ruining experience at emerald vapors and turned it into a positive note leaving me laughing smiling and with a brighter outlook for the rest of my day

I would like to give a shout out to Nephos Vape shop on Coburg road. I moved here in April 2023 and had trouble finding my vape filters. Nephos was able to order them and keep them in their shop in back for me. I would like to also give a personal shout out to Amanda, she is an outstanding employee she has not only set items (vape fluids) aside for me always has a smile! Thanks Nephos! Visiting from out of state, had the pleasure of being helped by Amanda, she was knowledgeable, patient and kind. Had a few questions as I'm new to vaping and she explained everything so well. 10/10 would recommend this store, beautiful layout and excellent selection.

Stopped by to get some disposable vapes and one of them burnt out on me way before the end of its life expectancy. Donovan dealt with me and my refund/exchange and I couldn’t have been happier because he made it so easy for me. Tysm, amazing shop and amazing employees. 👌👌👌

I love this place. There is a nearly overwhelming selection of brands, each with an equally diverse variety of flavors. The customer service is stellar. All the staff are friendly, but I want to give specific shout-outs to Amanda, Chris, and Brady for being so far beyond the other staff I've encountered -- when I'm talking to them, I feel like I'm either a celebrity or an old friend, and I love that. Great location, great products, and great crew. I'd rate a sixth star if I could.

Was a heck of a visit, I drove from Monroe to go to this shop. Tonight I showed up close to 10 pm has a mishap with my tank and they took great care of me, very friendly will keep shouting their name out. Y’all are amazing thank you

Best selection in town. Michael & Donovan do a fantastic job at assisting you making an informed decision. They let you get a whiff of what you're buying. Which a lot of places no longer do. Great shop. 5 stars.

I have such a great experience every time I come here. The staff are all incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I was having some problems with my vape burning coils, and they went above and beyond to solve the problem and educate me about why it was happening. This place is truly a gem and has the best service/staff of any vape shop in Eugene!

Donnie did an excellent job of informing me of the variety of devices that fit my needs and were at an affordable price. Would definitely recommend this shop!!

The workers there are always helpful and ready to take care of you. I had got the wrong pod last time and when I went back in, even tough it was opened but unused, they switched it for the correct one and credited my account.
Their rewards points system seems to be better than urban vapor's and their prices are a little less usually(depending on what you get).
They have a very wide selection of vape juice and vapes as well as other fun accessories. You really can't beat going here!

We have been patrons of this wonderful lil shop since they opened. It isn't the closest to our home (approx 20 miles one way) but by far the best!! I have never had anything but the best service and always with a huge smile. I have had little things go wrong or break and they have always gone above and beyond to get my issue either fixed or replaced. If there were more than 5⭐'s to give they definitely have earned them in our book.

Great place, clean, helpful staff. I even had one staff member ask another staff member to help and they took care of me very well. They have a great variety of juices and mods and things I'm sure but I was focused on their excellent customer service helping me with my mod. Thank you, had to buy some juice and a few other things just as an extra thank you
