Lizbeth (store associate) was very helpful and patient with assisting me with my phone matters. This is my favorite AT& T store, in the South Bay Area by far, everyone here is so warm and welcoming. I started my new service here with AT&T, and Lizbeth understood the depth of my situation with activating my phone service with another line. She executed everything well and I am a satisfied customer :).

Lizbeth went out her way to help me she was kind and friendly and very knowledgeable and also understanding and very patient with me I am older lady and my eyesight is not good but she was very helpful and accommodating I had the best costumer experience every

Marie is phenomenal and professional. My sister Gail and I came in 6/23/19 for what was a complicated effort and Marie who was patience and has great customer service stayed the course.

Great customer service at this location.The other store in Gardena, the little manager there didn't even wanted to help us because we had a old phone

I would like to give a shout out to Nijah and Maria at 1691 Artesia for their professionalism and expertise in assisting me. When I came in I was distraught. I thought I had an great experience with AT&T over the phone on 7/21/19, but do to being misinformed by the phone representative it was a nightmare. Nijah personally apologized for the misrepresentation of the rep and held AT&T high in providing quality service to their customers. They assisted me with my issue and invited me to return if I needed any further assistance. So whoever is going to read this please give them their prompts.
