Thank you Brooke! Thank you UPS! Brooke is an incredibly compassionate and kind individual, making her the most helpful person I've ever worked with! Her assistance in handling returns, packaging, and calming my son was accompanied by a huge smile and a calm demeanor. She's truly the best, and I believe she deserves a raise! A heartfelt thank you, Brooke, for being a wonderful woman and a genuine kind person. Kudos on hiring such a fantastic person!

This review is for Jordan. I came in this morning on an urgent needed and she was so quick and kind in helping me. She also managed to help out the three other people waiting with me practically simultaneously. I had a wonderful experience at this location and am so grateful for the help I was provided. Love this store. The employees here really are amazing. Friendly, efficient, and sp helpful. Nikki helped me one evening close to closing and went out of her way to help me. And today Jeremiah helped me, so pleasant and kind. I can't say enough good about the EXCELLENT customer service at this location. Great work at being good at what you do!!

I ordered the wrong item off Amazon. A kind young girl named Jaden from the UPS store walked me through the return process. She successfully helped me return my item. I was able to then reorder and get the correct item. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me.

I was helped within 1 minute for my Amazon return, no need to stand in line, worker told me how to use the scanner machine and he took care of the rest. Very kind of him.

I had a return for Amazon, which is also the first time that I had to return a package. So, I went into the UPS store not knowing if I had read the directions from Amazon correctly on how to return a package. The staff was very busy when I walked in and it didn't take long to make it to the counter. I was greeted with a smile and handed over my package. Nervously I asked if that was all that I needed to do? She responded with a smile and said I was all taken care of. I was in and out of the store in less that 5 minutes. The store was very clean and the other members seemed to be loving their jobs. I will return to this location.

I went in to return an Amazon order. I have a toddler and a very clingy infant. Going anywhere with both kids that doesn’t have a cart to contain them gives me so much anxiety. When I got up to the counter my toddler was gearing up to try and touch everything and anything. Another employee came up to the counter with a pen and paper and interacted with my toddler so I could get my errand done toddler drama free. He was so proud of his artwork that we took it home and the first thing he wanted to do was show it off to his dad. It was such an amazing and kind thing to do. She literally made my day. I don’t remember her name, I wish I did, but she is a genuinely kind person and I wish all the best for her!

Spot on service at this location.
My husband got COVID while we were in another state and had to be on oxygen. The hospital released him with a portable oxygen concentrator for our flight back home here to Utah. The store Manager Tasha was so helpful packaging up the concentrator and making sure we had enough insurance and provided Certified Tracking to ensure that it arrived back to the hospital. We were so happy to be able to track the package.

I love Coming to this UPS Store, they handle all my shipping and printing needs for my business. The staff is wonderful, They are always busy and move the customer line quickly. I love Seeing Jaden Tasha & Brooke in the afternoon, Tyler always helps me pack all my shirts so professionally.

Brooke, the assistant manager, took 2 reforms from me one for ups and the other for the post office. She printed the labels and just took care of the details in s Pleasant and kind manner. Pleasant customer experience.
