Circle K

Ed is the new manager for the Circle K located on 14493 Culver Dr in Irvine, CA., and he is fantastic. I visited this Circle K to redeem a game prize I had won that I was unable to redeem successfully at another location. Ed listened to my concern and more than took care of me. I left with a great impression of Ed, his staff, and Circle K,.. Ed also remembered me from a previous visit at another location. Amazing! Ed is an exceptional, kind, caring manager who truly values his customers. Please visit this location and provide Ed with your business. You will be happy you did. If you are lucky enough to take the time to go inside and meet Ed, he will put a smile on your face which will make the rest of your day so much brighter! Pretty decent

I went last night to fill air in my tires where I usually go to the Circle K off Culver/Walnut, Irvine, for many years...I was there a bit after 10pm & the young kid behind the counter was being consistently cocky & rude with me & another customer trying to fill air in his tires as well...He kept hassling us both that sometimes the air is free & sometimes you have to pay for it, he even gave me a supposed code to use the air pump, which turned out was the bathroom code instead...I have never had any issues with the other 2 attendants that are usually there in the earlier shifts, Manager Anthony & especially the Assistant Manager Michael who is always very welcoming, polite, cheerful...Because of the Assistant Manager & the Manager in the earlier day shifts I would have given full 5 stars, but because of this 1 cocky young attendant after 10pm, I give a lesser rating...

Good store, lots of choices, and reasonable prices. Store: 6/10. Bathroom: 5/10 (clean for the most part, except there was liquid on the floor everywhere and it needed to be moped because the floor was dirty.) Bathroom code: 4321 (as of 6/6/22).

not opened 24hrs maybe the gas pump is, but there needs to be another time schedule informing people that. theyre in-store hours of operation is 0515-2200 hrs. called and spoke to a friendly employee that was able to tell me. thank you.

The gas pump no 3 was broken and was leaking gas. I was charged extra for 4 gallons even though their pump was broken. The staff member realized and accepted that it’s broken and he did say that manager Sunny can give a refund during day time.

I went 3 times since then and never found the manager. And the staff member refused to get me connected with the manager.

I would not risk my car there with broken pump. Looking for my refund and it’s a struggle.

A convenience store and gas station that closes in the middle of the day is not 'convenient', at All. Won't make the mistake of coming here again.

WARNING: If you use your debit card they will charge you $50 even if you put $10 and if that’s your last $50 you will not be able to eat the rest of the day, buy your baby formula exc… In these tough times for the people who aren’t as fortunate that’s horrible… The worst part THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE THIS AND THE MANAGER SAYS “I DONT HAVE TO DISCLOSE THAT TO YOU” he also is extremely rude to the point I lost my temper and yelled which I NEVER do, his attitude and tone while telling ME if I say something isn’t fair HE gets to explain why it IS fair and make me wait and listen to him or he won’t give me my receipt which was the wrong receipt was not appropriate as a business owner I would never accept my employee to speak to customers in that way. And I will not return to another circle K again. You’ve been warned.

I live nearby and receive coupon flyers from time to time. Last week I received a 25 cents off per gallon coupon. With the coupon the gas price will be about the same as local costco gas station. So I decided to give it a try. I walked inside the store, handed the coupon to the cashier and told him the amount of prepayment. The cashier told me the coupon does not work. I asked him if there is any particular reason, he said it did not work and he had know idea. If you are trying to attract local residents, make sure you update your system, train your employees and make things work. I am not going to waste time in Circle K anymore.

This Circle K will have some basic necessities but you can kiss goodbye to speaking to a customer service rep that actually seems to know anything other than how to load a gas station with $20 in it.

I came here to utilize the MasterCard rePower option which seems to be like a foreign concept to most people. And yet, for some reason, this function is advertised on the MasterCard website for this location. I asked the rep if he could help me reload my card. Before I could even finish my question he said NO without offering any help. I was just a little taken aback by his lack of interest in helping me out. I asked him if he was aware of how to load cards at all. He said nope and that this is not the place to do it. I could talk to his manager in the morning who could tell me the same thing. I told him that it was advertised on the website so he should check his manual to see if he can do it. He said that in his ten years of working there he has never seen it done. I stated that just because nobody has ever done it doesn't mean that it isn't possible. He just kept shaking his head and I was more frustrated by his disinterest than his inability to help me with the situation.

Now I am not expecting the best customer service when I'm coming to a gas station, but I do expect their workers to at least look like they're trying to help. What an utter disappointment.

I've shown up to this circle k on different nights, to grab something form inside and it's closed, with the cashier smoking cigarettes for over a hour, refusing to even acknowledge customer's. It is so routine that people who show up and see him out front just leave because it's no use to speak to the cashier. And it is very disappointing to see the responses to all the complaints are copied and pasted the only change is the name. Circle k as a company should feel ashamed and embarrassed that this is how they are represented.

The cashier is a mong. Thank God I had my license with me but she ID'd me for a lighter. I'm... 30...years...old....although I look a bit younger it is obvious as hell that I am at least in my 20s with a full beard. I haven't had this happen in 12 years or so, she seems like she wants a confrontation and doesn't have much going on up their in the head department.

Rude middle eastern. Walked in bought a bag of chips to use the restroom. Wouldn't give me the code until the guy walked out after 15 minutes passed. Still gave me attitude when I asked for the code a fifth time. Mumbled it so I couldn't hear, had to ask a sixth and then he finally said it with some balls. 432!

My man is so rude. Will not come here again the middle eastern guy seems like he hates working there and it shows with his horrible service.
