Amanda is awesome!! She made the whole experience very pleasant. Normally buying a phone is a major pain in the behind! Not this time. We highly recommend her!

Went in today to upgrade wife's phone. Had the pleasure of getting Brandon to help us with this transaction. He did a great job!!! He made our upgrade as easy as possible. I might add, salesman to salesman. He even attempted to promote the BOGO accessory promotion. GREAT JOB BRANDON!!!

I saw Brandon to discuss whether or not I wanted to get a new phone or not. He provided all of the pros and cons, as well as the promotional opportunities. After extensive discussions, he had convinced me the value of trading my phone for an iPhone 14 and I also purchased an Apple Watch series 8 and got one free that I gave to my Grandson!! My phone arrives today, I am so excited!! He informed me of the trade in promotion also told me I had 30 days to take advantage of offer. Definitely not the usual in and out service you see now days. We came in to get my husband a new phone and possibly a watch. Terri was great!! She helped him decide the best phone and watch for him and looked over our billing. She took off some duplicate changes and got us a discount. Then she asked if I had considered a watch and that they were on half price. Lo and behold, we are both leaving with watches, him a new one and some discounts. Go see Terri on Summerhill Rd in Texarkana for your next phone and maybe even a watch!

Tara helped me during my visit. She was kind and helpful. She really made the visit personable and a pleasure which has not been my past experience. If it wasn’t for her I would have left AT&T today. Thank you, mam!

John Gray has helped me a few times, set me up with just the plan I needed, was super nice to deal with. He's my go-to guy forevermore! He also says that his coworkers are equally good. I will just trust him on that ! Highly recommend this store over any other in the area.

AT&T Wireless on SUMMERHILL RD helped me tremendously! I went in on a Saturday morning and the store was full. The sales clerk greeted me nicely and asked me to take a seat. As I watched the sales clerks they handled their customers very professional and with great patience. They just didn’t push them off because other people were waiting. I didn’t wait too long till a gentleman came to my table. I explained my problem and he immediately understood and took action. He answered every question I had with confidence and reassured me I could always come back or call support. I was very pleased with the team they have in the store now much better than when I was there 3 years ago. Keep up the good work and Thank you!
