Denny's

Went on Thursday morning around 6AM, October 16, 2023, and it was wonderful. I had the American plate. Forgot the lady's name, but she was an excellent waitress. Place was clean and calm.

We're so glad we ate here rather than the free breakfast at the motel.
The food was sublime. The waitress was friendly, attentive, and got everything right. The food arrived faster than expected. 😊
The steak and eggs were as good as it gets and everything was done to perfection.

Paul was our waiter and was very kind and attentive. The food was very tasty. We had the salmon dinner and thought the whole meal was fantastic.

I don't normally leave reviews for places like this but this time it's warranted because the food was great and our server Justice seemed like he should be pouring wine instead of coffee. I got the skillet, which is on the online menu but not on the menu inside, and I was surprised at how good it was. We were only in town visiting but would definitely come back if this is how they run the place.

Hands down the BEST service and food I’ve ever had at Denny’s! As someone who travels through various states with my husband 8 times out of 10 there’s a Denny’s next to wherever we stay. We normally dread going but sometimes we have no choice so we take a chance. Today we took a chance and to our surprise we were not disappointed! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile which never happens. Shelly E. our server was AMAZING, FRIENDLY and actually tended to us unlike most locations we visit. Hats off to the chef John Carr! The man knows what he’s doing and the food was cooked to PERFECTION! I can only hope we have to stay in Texarkana again because we will definitely not dread having to eat at this Denny’s. Thank you Shelly, John and the entire staff!!!

Shelly was my server and she was amazing! Very friendly and attentive. My order was takeout and was served quickly and delicious! This Dennys is my favorite place for breakfast because of the staff and food! 5☆

Would recommend this Denny's. Had a stopover here for lunch while travelling from Arkansas to Texas. Every food we ordered tasted good and nicely cooked. Restaurant is maintained well, looks clean. Friendly staff! Close to Exxon gas station and a few motels/hotels.

All of the servers are really good but we go for Jackie's hospitality. Today we were greeted by every member of staff including the manager smiling at us as we walked in. It felt good.

The food was good and pretty quick my waitress kind of sucked but besides that it was still a good quick meal

Jackie was great, she kept us entertained through breakfast. Her and Shelly’s energy was great. The food was hot and service was. Give these ladies a raise!!

They have gotten so much better!! Breakfast was amazing and whomever they have making those hash browns needs a raise they are awesome 💯

Dennys over iHop any day. Service is always great and the breakfast is tasty.

Headed back from Yellowstone stopped by the KOA here in Texarkana. DoorDash took care of delivery and did a great job as always. Anyway when I would think of Denny’s, I imagined pancakes and country fried steak ...not unbelievably delicious hamburgers. Not exaggerating, not even a little. I was astonished that the lettuce, tomato, onion were fresh beyond belief. I don’t know what kind of bun it was but it was toasted to perfection and the hefty patties cooked to a perfect medium. Denny’s cook deserves all 5 stars and if I could have given him/her a tip I would have. A hat tip also to that particular Denny’s for making sure the produce was exceptionally fresh. My wife and I really enjoyed the meal and will order Denny’s again when we pass through Texarkana in the future. Thumbs up.

It was very busy but the waitresses were very tired but kept up with there orders and tables .food was hot and waitresses still had a good attitude

The food was fresh and hot. Jacky, our waitress, has a very uplifting personality that makes the dine experience so much better.

The food was on point and the service is always to customers satisfaction this Dennys has a great staff with prompt friendly service
