As long as you approach the staff with a smile they are the kindest and easiest people to work with. Ac drain plugs probably need to be flushed due to all the noticeable leaks in the roof of the store

This store makes buying online painless. I recently had to return a pair of shoes that I bought due to the fact they run large. My goal was to surprise the wife after she waited a week for shipping and this store came through. Exchanged for the right size and was on my way in less than 5 minutes. She loves the new pair that aid her with scoliosis pain.

They always carry the newest nike running shoes I want. And if that specific locations doesn't have it they will find a store that does.

Daniel was extremely helpful and did his best to get me in a comfortable pair of shoes. I’m bone on bone in my right knee and have chronic pain. The reality is, it is what it is. Daniel brought out several pairs of shoes in different styles and brands for me to try. I ended up purchasing a pair of Brooks. I’ve been wearing Brooks for years and thought it was time for a change. After trying three different brands, I stayed with Brooks. As much as I would love to walk out of a store “pain free”, I know that’s not going to be the case based on the condition of my knee. I feel a bit better in the new shoes and I’m going to take that as a win. Daniel couldn’t have been nicer or more empathetic to my situation. He really wanted me to have success. I will go back to this store again.

These guys have been absolutely amazing they helped me in every single way to find the perfect pair a vapor max and then when I had some issues with them some 30 odd days later they replaced my shoes no questions asked!!! I would recommend this Finishline to anybody and everybody they were so professional and so helpful it absolutely made my day!!!!!

My husband and I got the Games of Throne shoes and we are sooooo happy with our shoes. Seth and William are amazing and helpful. Yall made us feel so welcome.
