AT&T Store

Hey I visited to this store Monmouth Junction AT&T and KP was helping me out with problems and and he was excellent and understanding and has very lovely person manner and ill recommend him for treating nice and I highly recommend him for other customers and he is excellent sales person.

KP provided excellent customer service. He had great advice for how to retrieve information from my broken phone. Additionally, he provided great prices for my new phone, case, charger , and screen protector. I highly recommend anyone in need of ATT service yo visit this location.

This store opens at 10AM at work days which is good. When I arrived the store at 10:30, the door was locked and you have to call the number posted on the front door. After the call, the staff will open the door for you soon. I was there to revert my eSIM to physical SIM of First Net. The staff worked for me was KP, and he was very helpful. It took me about about 5 mins, and I got the physical SIM card installed in my new phone. It works well.

Both jayna and kirsh were amazing to work they helped us get us assistance with a problem on my wifes phone. They were great and we wound up getting two new phones. Thank you for them.

KP the store manager not only made my experience here a pleasure, but he's the type of associate that will keep me coming back to this location as long as he's working here. GREAT SERVICE AND HELP FROM AN EVEN BETTER GUY.

K.P was able to turn a stressful situation into an easy fix. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He was also very empathetic about my concern and made certain that he did all he could do to ensure that I left satisfied! In which I did! I’ve never received such great service since being a customer with AT&T! I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and he was very efficient in his work! KP needs to manage the store and show other employees proper customer service.
