Sam's Club Tire & Battery

We had to take care of a tire problem -- called first to see if they had it in stock // then had 7 in stock. When we got there to take care of business , we were treated in the most polite way. They were professionals & went that extra step to help us .

We like go to sams they always have everything we need in stock
Hint though, if it’s seasonal buy more than what you want

Good prices, friendly service, in and out within an hour with appointments. Highly recommend making an appointment for any service since getting in as a walk-in will probably require a wait. Would be nice if they had someone running the desk at all times, so if it takes a min to get through that's probably why.

Pricing is good enough, but they are so busy you can't hardly ever get in anymore.
Frustrating also, that they say it will be 30-60 minutes, then you get a ride, and before you get 5 minutes away, they call and say they are done?
Pretty sure they didn't rotate/balance on the first visit after install.

Good service but watch the warranty. Bought a set of BF Goodrich sport comps for my car. On the BF Goodrich website they have a 45000 mile warranty at Sam's there is a zero mileage warranty after calling BF Goodrich I found out they sell wholesale bulk tires to places like Sam's and Sam's has to put their own warranty on them.

Overall, customer service wasn’t bad but I will never trust them with my car again. I had simple tires put on, and had to come back 3 times because of issues with the tires deflating, etc. A month later was driving and heard popping sounds thinking my bearing or axle needed to be replaced, but turns out Sam’s had not tightened THREE lug nuts on my driver side wheel.

Made an appointment for 12 and was told that it shouldn't be more than an hour. Two and a half hours later was told it would be an hour. Will never get tires here again.
