I Dora Bell met Ann today at Johnny Was store at the Southlake location for the first and definitely will not be the last. Ann was awesome having said that lets just all stay positive and support each others in our community thx so mslch again for your kindness and your help Ann looking forward to see you again soon !

Shopping in Southlake town sq. no store denied my service EXCEPT this one. I was out shopping without a mask... Because number 1 its our freedom #2 gov. abbott said not needed anymore. #3 what is the shot for like I said the only store and funny to me all store where full of people without them today and this store was empty..... I love Johnny Was stuff but if this is the way you are going to treat people I will not purchase your clothing ever again.

The product is good, but the service is very low, this store manager is very rude to the customer. she needs the training Immediately to do her job properly or gets fired soon.
