I recently was visiting from Houston with my daughter and she wanted to stop in. The experience was fantastic. Warm, welcoming environment and store is well kept up. The best part though was the customer service. Ella and Caroline were responsive, polite, and knew their stuff! These two made our experience and stop-in worthwhile and my daughter will definitely come back!

HORRIBLE customer service! I definitely felt racially profiled. I asked to use changing room and was asked to turn my small hand bag over before going inside. Ok fine, but why was I the only customer being asked, while another customer that also use changing room, wasn't even bothered? This is not OK! Train your employees common courtesy and customer service etiquette and not make customers feel like criminals! Sadly, this is how you lose business!

I came in looking for long sleeves and the girls were super helpful in finding things I would like. I also want to say that Lily did an exceptional job of helping me out, and amazing customer service!

I went on black Friday so the place was very busy. The workers are so nice and the place was neat and nicely folded. Even the customers I bumped into were very kind and apologetic.

I shop there frequently, and a very sweet young lady named Dakota is always there to help. I shop alot and Its nice when you can go into a store and receive such professionalism and knowledge from such a young adult. I always feel welcome and look forward to seeing her charming smile. Most of the employees there are not so attentive and caring. Brandy is lucky to have such a fabulous employee.

employees were super sweet!! the store was STOCKED! they had so many southlake/texas/fort worth exclusive tops. the tables were literally FULL of so many products, i’ve never been to a brandy with so much stock. it was so clean and organized and i enjoyed my experience

yes, the brand is very inclusive but the employees here were nicer than the other two i’ve went to (honolulu n houston). i went here on a monday so it wasn’t that busy, the store was surprisingly pretty big. they didn’t really have much as expected, but i recommend coming here!!
