Kohl's

Just wanted to pass on complements to two outstanding employees you have at this location. Both are true assets to Kohl's. One is Joanna the store manager and the other is DeeDee who works in customer service. I have shopped at this particular location for years and they are ALWAYS so pleasant and eager to help in any way. They need to be recognized for sure.

Thanks to my friends/coworkers convincing me to shop at kohls. I am to shop for my whole family plus size clothes are hard to find but here I found everything I need I’m so happy with my shopping experience and purchase the saving is great and the clearance section I love!!!!

I like shopping at Kohls. They have name brand products at discounts. Shop online or at the store. I like that it is not in the mall. They also have a descent men's department. It's nice to pick something up for yourself the day after Christmas with Kohl's Cash that you earned shopping for others 😉

Areli at Sephora was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet to my daughter and spoke to her with a tremendous amount of respect. We are very grateful for our experience with Areli! Thank you!

Love this store, prices, sales & quality, for all ages & genders. No masks required.
What's changed is now Sephora has their own large section. Also, the store has been reorganized as well as online orders for pick-up is no longer delivered to your vehicle. You have to pick up in store. Amazon Returns is still an option.

The store was super organized and clean. And with these times that you feel like customer service is nonexistent and what wasn't that way here. It was happy experience

I decided to try the Amazon return at Kohl's and I have to admit... I'm impressed! The return process was easy and fast AND they gave me a 25% off coupon that I could use in the store. I went there solely for the Amazon return but with a 25% off coupon in hand I decided to look around a little and found a beautiful heart shaped necklace for my wife. The Amazon return at Kohl's is a win for Amazon, a win for Kohl's and today it was a win for my wife.

Dear Kohls, a 695 piece Lego set is NOT an Infant Toy or an Electronic. Therefore, it should have qualified for the discount coupon I had. The cashier was so nice about it though, made me laugh. She told me the coupon was pretty much only good for the in house brand name, Sonoma. Still a great store I think.

The gal at the register wasn't very friendly. She was short with me when I asked her why I couldn't use the 20% coupon. She asked me if I read the details!! Excuse me? How rude.

I had the nicest experience here. Had to go to the guest service desk and the lady working the desk was a gem! She made our experience so pleasant. Got some great shopping done too!
