I enjoy coming here because it is always clean, products are placed neatly and it never looks like a mess. The employees have always been super kind and helpful, easily some of the best retail workers I’ve ever met.

This store is always well maintained. The associates are usually very friendly and helpful.

I had to get some Easter/spring hand soaps & hand sanitizers…love em all!

Andrea was very sweet and helpful. The other employee was great too!

Earlier today I went inside of the bath and body works in Martinsburg. Allysa or Allison right inside of bath and body works greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I said I’m only getting hand sanitizer. When I left I said thank you for your great customer service and this is an outstanding customer service post just for her.

So I went to this BBW and was looking for a lotion but could not find it. The employees went out of their way to get me exactly what I was asking for. Great place, friendly employees and a wonderful place to pick up some great smells

The young lady who helped me was great. I have medical issues and didn't want to go inside the store, it was very busy 5.95 sale. I was lucky enough to get a friendly sales clerk who was willing to meet me outside and take my order and payment. Within minutes I had my sprays, that were sold out online. I told her she made my week ! I asked her if customers were being nice and she said no. I understand this time of the year can be stressful but we can do better with how we treat others.

I go here often to get stuff for myself my mom and my significant other the ladies in there are very helpful and I'm usually in and out unless it's a major holiday then you might have a little bit of a wait

There is nothing like walking into B&B and having all those lovely fragrances hit you! The store is beautiful and clean. The employees are friendly and super helpful. Everybody is still being cautious and wearing masks, which I do appreciate. The deals are always great!

The store is great, nice, and clean. All of the team members were extremely helpful, I'm just not a big fan of their scents.

My brother and I visited to pick up some lotion and a few other scents. I got the Cucumber Melon, and I love it. :) The employees were super friendly and attentive, and the store was spic and span. Definitely a pleasant stop in my day~

Angela is the best! Every time I walk into the store she greets me with a big smile and tons of knowledge about the products. Love this location in the commons.

The service at this B&BW is incredible! I accidentally left an item there that I had purchased, but didn't realize this until the next morning and went back to see if I could get it. The person greeting customers at the door knew exactly what I had come back for, and they had it waiting for me, with a note, behind the counter. This was a very small item that I had actually gotten for free with a coupon. Staff in this store are very helpful and friendly, the store is well stocked, and I just can't say enough good things about my shopping experience there! Will be going back for sure.

Had my toddler grandson with me and was so afraid he might knock something over. The employees were so sweet, and helpful.
One in particular, Rachel, offered to take him while I visited the restroom.
When I came out, she had him upfront and he was all giggles!

I just had an amazing experience overall with the staff,they were so helpful without being pushy! Pleasant and uplifting experience I had so much fun I hated leaving : ) Calvin in particular was so helpful and accommodating and even found some old favorites for me in the stockroom that were on sale for $3 and they were being discontinued! He went over and above all expectations and I really appreciate him! Thank you for For the fun chat I’ll be back Calvin!

Okay...props to this store for their ability to handle the mass of shoppers on their $4.95 body products sale. It was insane! They store was packed and the line wrapped nearly to the door! I only had to stand in line for 7 minutes! They were working it! Not to mention the kept the store in order through it all with proper staffing numbers and still were able to help customers find their favorites.

It's a smaller store but the service is great and they had most everything i wanted with the exception of 6 pack wall flowers (don't mind getting that online, they are full to the brim of products.) the cashier even let me use a coupon that was 1 day expired! Very satisfied.

This store is a better quality of a store than the one at our mall. They do not just have the products we expected at our prior store, but also charming decor for sale. I have been in a few times since it opened and each time the staff was appropriately attentive and knowledgeable on products and sales.

Amazing employees and they always have great deals going on. The staff is definitely the best part of this store. They are always available to help and super knowledgeable about their products.
