AT&T Store

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the AT&T store, and I have to say, the service I received was excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful associate named Luis. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and services offered by AT&T and was able to answer all of my questions with ease.

But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the manager, Jonathan. He took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find the perfect plan for my budget. He was patient, kind, and really went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience.

Overall, I was blown away by the level of service I received from both Jonathan and Luis. They made the process of choosing a new phone and plan so easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend this AT&T store to anyone in need of a new phone or plan, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again to Jonathan and Luis for the outstanding service!

I have been to this AT&T store three times within the last six months because of problems with my iphone. Each time the personnel at the store fixed my problems within a very reasonable amount of time. Personnel there were extremely knowledgeable about everything having to do with wireless phones and, on top of that, were always very welcoming and understanding. I can't give this store enough praise. hg

I’ve been to this location before and had a good experience BUT my most recent visit was amazing. If you get a chance to work with John or Mike I promise you won’t be disappointed. They really went above and beyond to help me with my daughter’s iPad. I mean, the customer service was out of this world-they truly know what they’re talking about. On a 10 point scale they were a 15 thank you guys so much!

This dealer is really good. Very attentive, caring and patient. I didn’t buy anything but he spent ½ hour helping me with my plan and SIM changes, and wasn’t pushy at all. Adopted as my favorite AT&T store.

Walked in and spoke to Rachel, very sweet and super helpful! I walked in there just looking for a screen protector and with all her help I actually started a new plan with AT&T for my home and me and my families phone. I'm so pleased with their excellent service! The store is very clean and they try to help everyone and still make you feel like you're their first priority. Over all everyone is great but you recommend Rachel for anything and if you have any questions she will be more than happy to assist.

Great customer service from Alex and Michael.They was both super helpful & the best sales reps I have ever dealt with in any att store I’ve previously been too. Both were knowledgeable & very helpful I will be coming to this att for now on. The manager was good too.

I spoke to a sales rep believe by the name of Christopher novo. Is a great sales guy doesn't pressure you and I bought a lot from him he's really great I highly recommend to speak to him definitely will go back in again . Ps He explains detail to detail very good Five star

The guys at this store were amazing

Just so people don't think I'm all negative these days (see my last five or so frustrating/frustrated reviews), I had a very positive experience here, especially compared to At&T stores in Indianapolis, where a 30-minute wait was always involved. I was in and out with a brand new phone plan (prepaid) in 10 minutes.
