Love their huge selection of high quality clothing, shoes and accessories. Their prices are a little bit higher than Nordstrom Rack outlets but you can still find great deals.

I have bought several pairs of shoes at Nordstrom online at ridiculous prices! If they don’t fit I can always exchange them in the store. Great customer service. Love shopping here and will be back. 😃

I wanted to share an exceptional customer service experience I had recently at the Giorgio Armani makeup section of Nordstrom Merrick Park. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dilyara, also known as Dee, and I was truly impressed by her professionalism and dedication.

From the moment I stepped into beauty section , Dee's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a customer. Her extensive knowledge of the Giorgio Armani and other products was evident as she expertly guided me through the product selection , offering insightful recommendations based on my needs. She patiently answered all of my questions and helped me pick products from Giorgio Armani and other skincare brands which I thought I can only find in Europe. She has left a lasting positive impression on me and I will be back to shop with her again. 🙌

Fantastic store to shop at reasonable managers that understand client needs. A special shout out to the manager in the men’s shoe department. She was very helpful with a purchase that was outside of the return window. She was quite gracious and accommodating to me. 🫶

An employee named Jorling really helped me out through the TBD department. Was going on a trip soon before my visit and needed some last minute things and she literally helped me find everything I need. Left feeling my wallet emptier but my heart fuller. Will definitely be looking for her next time I go. I give her an extra 5 stars.

First time in this place and I felt like a rich guy, I went to this place to tailor my suit and pants without appointment and right away the guy attending the suit department came up to me me with a smile, greeting and asking if I needed help, " Of course I said ". I solved my problem in less than 30 minutes. Everyone who attended me was kind, polite and respectful, something that I had not experienced for a long time in Miami. "Thanks for that!" Good Customer Service, very expensive place, a cozy atmosphere in general and nice experience!

ELLIATT - brocade dress! Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day and the Derby! Found so many good deals here! The ‘rack of clearance’ is worth visiting before it gets to Nordstrom Rack. Also if you have a career or life style that requires great designer clothes - come here and try them! Some amazing brands. TopShop also..that is a surprise I’ve always loved them and grew up w them in the London days. Great selection - their higher end leather goods are in a great display here! I tried on Proenza, Ortiz, Zimmerman and then had lunch at Bazille inside up on floor 3!

Make time - there are som great deals!! The shoe department had the newest styles for trying. I had the best experience with a young customer service professional there. Felt like the princess! Just for a little. And everyone wants to feel like that sometimes. Turns out the shoes are all great and will be wearing them frequently. Being relaxed when you buy shoes is important - feet have rights too! Yes! Feet matter! They even have a measuring device. And lots of comfy chairs.

Great place to find brand clothing under one roof. Be sure to get some coffee before shopping here😊
