Pretty cool atmosphere. We went when they first opened and the waitress and management were very accommodating to us out of townwers. We had the fried goat cheese balls the fish & chips and the fish sandwich. All with truffle fries. It was delicious and. Didn't last long. Excellent experience we will be back for sure

I had the pleasure of visiting John Martin's Pub and Restaurant in the city of Coral Gables on St. Patrick's Day. It was an incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the lively ambiance, complete with a DJ and awesome music, set the perfect tone for the afternoon. The restaurant was bustling with people, and there was a festival happening outside in the street, with John Martin's as one of the main sponsors.

Despite the crowd, we were seated promptly and handed the menus. Our appetizers, chicken with sesame seeds and the irish nachos were simply delicious. For our main course , we opted for the Fish and Chips accompanied by fries. Our waitress was exceptional, ensuring that we were well taken car of throughout the afternoon, despite the busy atmosphere.

I appreciated the option of both indoor and outdoor seating, providing flexibility for my guests. Additionally, the availability of valet parking or street parking was convenient.

I am planning to return and bring my friends and family, it's a fantastic place where you can truly feel like family.

Great food! Here is the burrata, Irish Nachos, and spinach mushroom flatbread. The nachos are potatoes. Also tried the $0.75 wings Tuesdays. You can choose all the sauces on the side. Renovations are beautiful. It can be loud when there is a party or game.

My recent dining experience at John Martin’s in Coral Gables was simply outstanding. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly by Marie, whose attentive service elevated our meal to new heights. Every dish we ordered was a delicious, bursting with flavor and expertly crafted. The seamless coordination between the kitchen and our waitress Marie ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. I can't recommend John Martins enough as well as our exceptional waitress Marie– a true gem with impeccable service.

Had a lovely Friday evening served by Marie. Kiss me I'm Irish, passion fruit margarita, meatballs, shepherds pie & steak sandwich were delicious!! Definitely coming back!!!

Remodeled local irish bar in Coral Gables located at miracle miles, I talked with local customers and they preferred the oldest traditional bar design , for me it’s perfect modern Irish bar design.

The bar is large and comfortable, some high tops tables around the bar, room for dinner spacious and comfortable very well decorated, they use a projector screen in the dining room when there is an important game, the TV in the bar have the perfect size and good location to see from any angle of the room, good audio system.
The bar have a wide variety of bourbons and Irish whiskey.
I have visited this place 3 times, in the middle of the afternoon and at night, on a quiet day and at on a very busy nights by the Miami Heat basketball playoffs, very good atmosphere, happy hour from 4 to 7pm is ok, nothing incredible.

The food is very delicious, most of the dishes have some slightly sweet sauce. The dishes I've tried here and I recommend: flatbread brisket, fish and chips, chicken wings (very delicious, marinated with spicy orange sauce, my favourite), john martins burger OMG what a delight with caramelized onions and roasted pork belly, perfect portion, the french fries are super crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, the dessert I recommend is the banana with bainilla ice cream and bread pudding with a touch of caramel sauce and dulce de leche and rum raisins. Cocktails I've tried: old fashioned with bourbon infused with coconut, old Cuban , I asked with Bacardi 8 (the Chinola liquor is part of their recipe ) very refreshing
The manager is very attentive, bartender have good hospitality, Many is the man.

Delicious food every time Ive visited, great atmosphere (I always go for the outdoor seating) and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

I planned a lunch for the ladies in our BNI Chapter and I could not have picked a better spot! We were a large party and everything was seamless. The food and drinks were excellent and the staff was warm and friendly! Highly recommend!!!

Best food we’ve ever had. Not even exaggerating. Amazing espresso martini. Guinness was on point. Our server Bryan was beyond amazing. The short rib…shall I write a sonnet of thee my dear short rib?? Chef did amazing. Every bite was out of this world. Will be coming back and bringing more people.

Amazing drinks and food and even better service. Marie was very attentive and always checked up on us. Her service definitely helped our overall experience while we celebrated our friend’s graduation.

It was a last-minute choice. We told my teenage son to pick a restaurant. Wow, we had the best surprise. The food was terrific, and the staff was courteous. Fun fact, my kids even loved the playlist—a place to come back.

Went to meet some friends for dinner on a Thursday night and I was super impressed. I hadn’t been to John Martins in years and boy has this place changed. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the live music and the food. My favorite appetizers were the Guineas meatballs, the Pork Belly and the Duck flat bread. All delicious!! I had the Branzino and yum!! Will definitely be returning to this hangout.

Beautiful remodel and tasty menu. The event space upstairs is fantastic as well. Great spot to end the night with a Guinness.

Love this place! First time here and exceeded our expectations. My son was craving the fish and chips - they didn’t disappoint. Our server, Marie, was amazing. Friendly, nice and gave great service. We’ll be back!

What a wonderful place, the renovation is amazing. I used to go there a few years ago, and always was a great place for a drink. But now, it's wonderful atmosphere, great music and fantastic food. Definitely a place to enjoy with company, or just for yourself and a drink.

The food here was very good, as was our server Marie! It's nice to see John Martin's open again and looking so spiffed up. Not exactly a traditional Irish pub any more but still a nice experience.

The chicken wings and the short rib entree were stellar. Marie our server was really great and had a super sweet personality. It was our first time coming and would for sure come back.

Had an amazing time with friends. We were celebrating 2 graduations and Marie took care of us and kept the energy up at the table. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
