Brasserie Central

I have been going to Brasserie Central on a regular basis for about 9 years. There are good reasons for that, including:
- Excellent food: I’ve had almost everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. From steak to the daily lunch special, the food, coupled with the music and ambiance, takes you to Paris.
-Attentive and friendly staff: The staff is amazing. Chef Alex, GM Victor, all the bartenders, servers, food runners, and hosts, all do their best to make your visit special.
-Ambiance: the décor is charming and the air is filled with French music and the buzz of cooking and conversations.
-Great Happy Hour
In summary, I look forward to coming here every time and I always leave with a smile.

Love the ambience, the service by ANDREA was outstanding and the food OMG . I took my daughter to celebrate Valentines in Coral Gables and we tried here at Brasserie Central. This was our food course. 1st salmon tartare, 2nd grilled salmon with ratatouille and crème brûlée as dessert

This place deserves a 5* I came here 2x for lunch and this time around I ordered the soup of the day ( butternut squash) it was delicious and the orange crepe was also delicious!

Service excellent both times! Happy hour menu 4-7pm everyday food and drink options on here.

The first time here I ordered the mussels it was okay not covered in sauce so it was more plain I wouldn’t order that again, and I also tried the flat bread that was the best I ever had!

Delicious and wonderful service! New Year’s Eve was packed and they had the best party in the mall! I tried the pate and it was deliciously served with an iced cold Stella Artois... great music, great vibe, fast and kind service. Compliments to Gonzalo and all bartenders! Happy new year and cheers!!

I really like this place and go often. Especially like it for affordable oysters and gnocchi on happy hour. Food is good there. Really love when the bread is soft and fresh but it happens 50/50. It's like a separate point of pleasure.

This place is amazing. Sasha, the waitress, was very polite and knowledgeable. I'm definitely 😁 coming back! Really 5 stars plus. They offer a brunch special but I just asked for the best dishes for a hot summer day.

This restaurant was truly a phenomenal experience! The host that greeted me and my friends was immensely nice and helped us quickly get a table, and our waitress the entire time was properly attentive (coming around enough to check on us and refill the water, but not too little where we were neglected, and not too much where she'd be a nuisance, she was perfect!) The atmosphere of the restaurant is immaculate, it's clean, and looks like a nice little French brasserie, with great music playing through speakers at a good volume level, fully establishing an immersive environment. The food, wow, was delicious! I ordered the whole artichoke as an appetizer which came with a delightful vinaigrette over what might usually be a mayonnaise dip, and it was a far better alternative. The artichoke was cooked properly, and overall tasted great. My meal was the steak tartare with the frites which was beautiful. The frites were perfectly crunchy and a good size, with the tartare itself refreshingly good, a bit spicy, yet cool and light in the sense where I didn't feel overly full and gross after a few bites. For dessert I order the floating island and a cappuccino. Now the floating island was perfectly crafted, the creme anglaise was so delightful and the merengue with caramel on top was so light, fluffy, and the proper amount of sweet, creating this whole flavorful experience that I recommend everyone ought to try at least once. The cappuccino was a good way to end the meal, executed correctly, it was a great addition at the tail end of a delightfully delicious food parade. Overall I highly recommend this establishment to all, it's in a nice location, it looks stunning (it has an open kitchen where you can see the magic), the service was good, and the food is some truly amazing French food, I will most definitely be coming again!

Excellent dinner and evening with Claudia, our server, today. She attended us with professionalism since we arrived and made us feel right at home. we enjoyed a bottle of Tempranillo and their prosciutto boards. They have a happy hour which is exceptional and the environment is nothing less than five stars.

This is a great restaurant if you would like to feel like you are in France eating their tasty food. We always get the Gnocchi and Oysters(which are very very fresh) Excellent french wines! You can also do brunch and they have a great deal. Unlimited Mimosas, appetizers, main course and a dessert all for a very good price! I love the waffles!! Definetely coming back!

At arrival you get greeted by a wonderful team, you can’t say who’s best because I felt at home. Bartender Leo excels with couple of drinks that I enjoyed in happy hour chance. Before I leave, the general manager Carlos, thanks me for the visit and the briefly explained the spectacular brunch on Saturday and Sundays

I had the opportunity to visit this little piece of France in the middle of Miami. We went for the Brunch. It's reasonably priced for the quality of the gastronomic offer.

The service was great! Next time we'll enjoy in our meal in the outside tables that are nestled in middle of a beutiful garden.

Authentic and delicious French food. Always very well prepared. Our waiter Rían was wonderful. My friends and I go there often. One of my friends is a wonderful gourmet cook and always leaves very pleased.Their trout is cooked to perfection. Today I had the salmon and it was equally delicious.

Absolutely spectacular, marvelous food and Claudia’s service and recommendations were on point. We had such a good time that we forgot to take pictures. Just the last scoop of Claudias desert recommendation.

Loved everything about our experience here. Definitely don't understand the lower reviews which appear to be mostly about service. Our service experience was excellent - even with arriving 20 minutes before our reservation. There was no shortage of employees and the service was on point. So much so that additional slices of bread were even dropped to our table without asking to accompany the delicious Foie Gras Terrine we had ordered. Between the two of us we had the Terrine de Foie Gras, Croque Monsieur and the Nicoise Salad. The foie gras was excellent, the salad was super fresh and perfectly sized and the croquet monsieur was tasty. Loved the open kitchen and watching the chefs as we dined. Definitely a new must-go when we are in the Coral Gables area.

Very good service, food was great. We were received and got a table, didn’t matter that we arrived late. I recommend reservation. I ate entrecôte, gratin potatoes and croque monseur. Was delicious.

This is our 3rd visit and I can’t praise the food and customer service enough. The bread is baked regularly, and the care to detail and variety are excellent. They have French Wines reasonably priced for the location, and the desserts are excellent as well. There always seems to be someone overseeing the operation, and that is what probably enhances the dining experience. It is obvious that the management cares about the guests, as the servers go out of their way to be cordial and efficient. It is a relaxed atmosphere, but the service of a fine restaurant.
