West Park Plaza

I love that everything in the store is a dollar! It's very easy to keep track of how much your spending! They have so many unique items for about every holiday or anything you might need from housewares, toys, parties, dishes, cleaning and laundry supplies, and much more! They have helium balloons as well. Candles, cards, candy... I could just go on! They sell a fantastic cleaner called "awesome" and it works great for removing stains, removing stickers, ink, etc. It's a great do-it-all cleaner everybody should have in their arsenal!

I went to Rulers Foods to buy 2 week's of Groceries. I love shopping at Rulers Food's!
It has Kroger Food's that are Discounted down to Save us
money. I love this Grocery store. I'm really impressed with the way the Store is set up and the Employee's are great!

I like to shop at the Habitat for Humanity Re-Store. They have great prices. You never know what goodies you will find.
There are Goodwill, Dollar Tree and Ruler Foods as well.

I live quite a ways away to go to West Park Plaza in Charleston but there's a rulers there not one in Effingham I get the best prices the friendliest people are there and I always can weigh very satisfied there's other places that you can shop at Westpark Plaza but for me it's ruler Foods

Strip mall with lots of options to shop and different services that offer everyday needs. Serves as a drop off location for GEFNET computer repair too which is really handy for people in Charleston so they don't have to go to mattoon.

Great Parking, Great Prices, Always A Win Coming to Ruler Food With Dollar Tree Next For. Not to Mention There's A Goodwill Too!

Every payday I go out to Dollar Tree ruler foods and mace stop by Goodwill Ada fantastic Plaza for anyone to do a 30 minutes to an hour shopping spree

Ruler foods is the place to go! We fill a shopping cart for under $130 every month....Awesome food at the best prices in town!

We're there so often that I'm surprised my car isn't in the picture. Hahaha! Gotta love DT!

I like the dollar tree, it's better than Mattoons store. I also like that habitat store, it's a good place to spend money.

Again a great place for shopping . Able to hit four or five and only park once. Small town shopping.
