Starbucks

This location has things down pat. Baristas are super friendly; the drinks are made fast and are consistent; the drive-thru moves super fast; the inside is clean and orderly; and rarely are they ever out of an ingredient. Whoever manages this location needs a raise.

This place has the sweetest workers in the world. I was having a rough day and asked in the drive through for a drink that would help me through it. This little note made my day completely, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Those working that day, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This Starbucks out of every one I've ever visited has the kindest, most caring and compassionate employees I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They really go the extra step to make sure that you are taken care of during your time there, the coffee is always great, and there is always a warm smile to help you feel at home away from home. Thank you.

I've had great service at this Starbucks, but truly excellent service deserves high praise! I had one of the most pleasant chats with Debby in the drive-thru this morning. She was kind, funny, and I knew she wasn't just going through the motions. If you read this Debby, keep killing it, you made my day start right!

This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to. They may have a very long line but the employees are clearly doing their best and they are sure to make your wait time enjoyable. The other day, a hand puppet T-Rex took my order while apologizing for the wait... it is hard to make all of those coffees with such short arms! Loved it! Made my morning while they made my day with a delicious drink chalked full of espresso.

Good Staff! Such an important part of any coffee experience is staff that are happy to help and knowledgeable. I ordered a flat white, and it was PERFECT, the cashier that rang me up was delightful and engaging. A+ I also had the opportunity to observe the store manager helping a customer with an unusual merchandise request and was impressed by level of customer service provided and the friendly attitudes of everyone working.

The pumpkin frozen coffee with whip topping and caramel drizzle was amazing. It tastes like you were drinking a pumpkin pie. So yummy and delicious. The guy at the window was so full of joy and welcoming. Great job you all

I have always been a loyal Starbucks customer, but today just made me love this Charleston, IL Starbucks that much more! I went in for my birthday drink and got a bakery item as well. The young man that was the cashier was SO sweet and gave me an additional discount and when he gave me my items he and the whole staff dang me happy birthday! It was definitely a bright start to my morning and birthday! I so recommend this Starbucks as well for always getting my order right and being so friendly and professional when they are having hectic busy times! 💕

I go to this Starbucks about 4-5 times a week when I can and every single time I go, I am met with such an amazing team! They ALWAYS make my drink perfectly and have always been such genuine people to interact with. Best Starbucks I have EVER gone to!! Love you guys!!

I'm not a big coffee person myself. I don't enjoy the taste of coffee. So when I go to Starbucks, they have such a great selection of frappuccinos that, even though they have coffee in them, you can't taste it at all. Staff is usually very friendly. Have had a few impatient people I've seen, but still usually one of the friendliest places to go

Wonderful atmosphere, nice staff, good food and drink like most Starbucks. The aesthetically pleasing layout and decor make the wait (which can understandably get a little long due to its being the only Starbucks this close to EIU campus) almost enjoyable.

I visit starbucks twice a day EVERYDAY! My favorite person by far is Corey! He is so sweet and is always smiling. He knows exactly what I want and how to spell my name and that means a lot to me. For him to remember shows he cares. Honestly the nicest person I have met in a long time!

I've been coming here since I moved. The staff is always super friendly and whenever they mess up the drink, they always make a new one even though I still would drink the wrong one. I love it here! 💚🖤💚🖤

Although this Starbucks is very busy nearly all the time, the staff still treat you with good service and deliver an excellent product to you in a timely manner.

My caramel frappe was very tasty, but aside from that the drive-through cashier was the sweetest young lady! She made my day with her cheerful personality!

I love Starbucks. They have amazing baristas that will make your order right every time. And if they get a size wrong or leave out something, they make you another and you get to keep both.
