The UPS Store

I have been a customer for over 2 years. I always found the store's owner Ali & his staff Anders, Evelyn and Isabel to be very helpful with my shipping needs. They are very professional, reliable and courteous.

This is literally the best UPS store in the area!! The staff is kind, patient and always helpful. A big shout out to Isabel and Evelyn for the amazing work they do in helping customers. Thank you!

I had several packages to ship, all with different, special requirements. I was overwhelmed with how to proceed. Evelyn at store 2152 professionally and knowledgeably explained all of my options. Then she packaged my items for me. She turned a stressful task into an easy one and made my visit to this location amazing!

Ali is fantastic! We needed to get something notarized approaching closing time and he told us he would wait for us! Super fast, friendly and helpful. Thank you so much! Also, the store set up is amazing with ample distance markers, communication and sanitizer. I will travel further now to mail my packages.

Ali was amazingly helpful to my wife and I as we had to ship things to Japan last minute before we moved. They were very professional and stayed after closing time to help us get the best price for our packages, by re-packing them into separate boxes. Best UPS ever!

Called later Fri pm and got very quick appointment with Ali at store for multiple Notarized signature for myself and children. Ali was so professional and organized to get the notaries completed in speedy time, however thoroughly and accurate! He solicited his other store employee to assist other walk-in customers to keep my process moving smoothly as well as not delaying other clients! So courteous, I felt so bad that he would not consider an additional tip for his superior service! Store very COVID safe, clean, and masks required for everyone’s safety! Thank you, Ali

Ander, the notary, was amazing and super efficient guy.

I was treated like a customer and the lady who helped me went out of her way to address my situation.

This was my first time making Amazon returns through ups dropoff and Ali was really helpful. He was very patient while I fumbled through the half a dozen returns I was making.

So disappointed to read all the negative reviews of Mark and Skip's UPS store on 41st Avenue. I followed them from Crystal Springs Shopping Center and have been a client for almost 20 years. I have experienced utmost courtesy and helpful service here.

The gentleman who runs the shop is very decent and helpful.
I've been doing business there for three years. Always knowledgeable and fair.

The guy was so helpful for a newbie my first time returning any thing and it only took a few min for sure if I haven't return any items again I will know we're to go for now on, bought something from amazon had to return😯
