The UPS Store

This location has workers that every storefront would like to have. They are so helpful and make things go so easy every time I go. They are bilingual and some of the best workers I have encountered. Would really like to have them work for my storefront at a really good pay. Jenifeer, Noemi, Eric, and Frankie are the reason customers come back to this store. I wouldn't be shipping UPS if it wasn't for them.

Naomi was so kind and professional! She even assisted me with carrying a huge package into my car.

Wish I could give 10 stars, staff always amazing & very patient seeming I had sooooo much to ship being a business owner myself it’s hard to ship plenty without some frustration but not here! These reviews are so far from true & I always say you get what you GIVE! Ppl always want to be respected when it’s not even given that’s life for ya, been shipping here since 2020 experienced nothing but great customer service from every employee even management, love it here!!!!

This guy Carlos, is the WORST UPS store owner I have ever encountered compared to my other 10 year mailbox rental history at Atlanta location where all four different owners were pleasant and easy to do business with.

Run! Don't do business here at this Burbank store if you have a choice.
DON'T EVER rent a mailbox here. He charges 60% more than other stores few miles down the road. He lost my packages, refused to compensate me a dime for the lost. He won't take responsibility for his/his store's mistake. He wants the merchant to pay for his mistake.
When I confronted him, he told me that I was not allowed to renew the mailbox and even closed my mailbox without my consent later on.
I lost 8 months rental fee that he won't refund. This is how he treats a customer after rented the mailbox at his store for 1 year and 4 months.

Several of his staff mostly were nice and had better service skill than him. Too bad they usually won't stay long. I wonder why...

Stopped in to take care of returning equipment and sending a package. Carlos took the time to explain everything to me in detail. His customer service was phenomenal. My daughter had lots of questions while he was processing my packages. He answered them all with a smile, all while still processing everything quick and efficient. I live closer to another UPS store, but will go out of my way for great service.

I happen to be searching for the UPS Store hours and saw some poor reviews for this store. I decided to post my review as I completely disagree with the reviews. I only come to this location for my Amazon returns. Service is efficient and professional. The poor reviews I just read are not valid and seems to be a misunderstanding from the reviewers' understanding of the Amazon return policies. This is not a reflection of the store but rather the customers' misunderstanding of Amazon returns.

Best place around to ship! The gentleman at the Counter is always courteous. He helped me pack up my Christmas order to my family. He took the time to do it the right way. I ship with him every time, and each and every time it’s done perfectly. He’s a pleasure to work with!

You have a girl named Liz working for you and I must say she an asset to your store. Also friendly and great people skills. Thank you Liz!!

I just had 1 of the best experiences ever, I had to ship a large, heavy package & I walked in & requested a dolly. The young lady went above & beyond to assist me , she even held the door open for me. It is incredibly hard to find good customer service these days & this lady definitely did not disappoint!

Gentleman at the counter is always so pleasant. Also the guy who helped me was very friendly. I love coming here! Easy, quick, nice people and they sell stamps!!

Great place. Been here on several occasions to ship metal farming parts. This are hard to ship, so every time i go the owner or one of the girls there help me box these.

Carlos is the man! Helped me ship an important package when the Bedford Park UPS Customer Center was giving me the run-around! Very knowledgeable too!

Gentleman there today was extremely friendly and actually helped me while helping another customer instead of me just standing there. Great customer service!

The absolute best service I’ve had in a long time. Mr. Maxwell is very pleasant every time I go into the store.

Came in to get a mailbox. I was assisted by Taylor, but both ladies working were very helpful. Nice location.
