Great place and very helpful people both Manuel And Jonathon helped me in getting a new phone with also lowering my bill they are very nice and helpful young men. This store is better most store I've been too.

The associate greeted me as soon as I entered the store & was completely thorough in helping me aquire a new phone.

Had a great experience with Subhan today. I was getting a new phone and he was able to help me through the process of the upgrade as well as transferring all my data over! He offered all the great discounts AT&T had. If you are going I would recommend to get in touch with him.

Deshawn was absolutely AMAZING! He was the only one running the store but still answered my phone call when I called, and addressed me immediately when I walked in the store even though he was assisting three other guests at the same time. He is a fantastic multitasker and has incredible customer service. He deserves recognition for his outstanding work!!! Will be referring my loved ones to him.

Amazing service. I came in with my family (little kids and retired parents) to upgrade our phones and switch carriers and it couldn't have gone better. The manager and staff helped us through the whole process which of course Verizon didn't make easy. They were thoughtful, kind, and patient start to finish. Charles was excellent and professional, truly 5 stars!

Awesome service and store! I had my new phone quickly switched over by Rafael, and he explained everything that was needed. I had a small glitch (due to the manufacturer or my own apps), and I brought it in to have Asmir, the assistant manager, look at it. He spent all the time needed to fix it and not have to do a factory reset...phew :) !! He was amazing and gave me Above & Beyond service! I will always go to this store for all my mobile needs!

Charles was very helpful and thorough with my transaction. Upgrading my phone is not my favorite thing to do because of how long it takes. They made the process very easy. Every associate in the store was professional, friendly and happy to assist.

My wife and I Stopped by this store with some questions and found it to be packed with customers. The employee on duty was doing his best to help everyone. Chuck was his name, he answered our questions between helping other customers (very on the ball).

I had the best customer service during my visit to the store. It was extremely busy, however the manager Charles took care of all the customers in the store. He was training a new employee Cyan and she helped me pick out all of my accessories!

I purchased two new iPhones at the Addison, IL AT&T store. Service was fine. Three weeks later I received my phone bills which were very inaccurate. I went back to the store and was helped by Isis, the manager, who was very kind. She was professional, knowledgeable, an expert who followed through for almost three weeks until my invoice problems were corrected by AT&T folks higher up in the company. AT&T is a better place with her in a leadership role.

Great service! I called first and sales person helpful. From the moment I walked in I was paid attention to! Presented diff options for my problem and they made it right!!! Thank you so much…. I will also say did not make me feel like an idiot! Customer service at its finest.

I'm not very good when it comes to technology, especially phones. I finally worked up the courage to go to this store and look at new devices. I had the pleasure to meet the store manager Alex. He was very kind, attentive and very professional while he was helping me. Needless to say, he helped me through all my questions and made sure I understood everything that was going on. I'll definitely be coming back to this store, I'm so happy Alex is here willing and able to help someone like me! Very clean (the store), [Alex was clean too], bright and we'll organized, the best part was that all the display phones actually worked! I'll be back, thanks again Alex and ATT!

Marquis was phenomenal!!!!! He was multitasking making sure everyone was recognized in the store. He was so down to earth and so helpful in setting up internet and TV at our new house. I was tended to by Asmir. I was only there to do research before finalizing any shopping but he was so knowledgeable and patient and informative! It was extremely difficult to pass up on his assistance. He made me feel sure of my switch to AT&T and was very clear of my bill breakdown. I'm glad we came across him. He approached us almost immediately and was never pushy but listened very well and was extremely helpful. Anyone looking to leave the horrendous world of Sprint or T-Mobile I highly urge you to come by this store and look for Asmir. He is PHENOMENAL!

Came in the store a few days ago to get help with my phone, I wasn’t sure what was going on but the employees there were very helpful, especially Myah! She told me exactly what the problem was, and different steps that can help me if the problem occurs again. Definitely recommend this store, workers are very personable and remember who you are!

Alex and Marco saved the day today! I have been a customer less than three months and tried to add my husband today. After being told I needed a down payment on equipment I didn't have we were about to go back to oue previous carrier when Marco brought in the store manager Alex to help. Both were so great while I was upset and helped to resolve everything! I will go back to this location for all my needs. Thanks again guys!
