Erin and her team are absolutely amazing. I won several lots of model trains from a local auction house and needed them shipped to me. The UPS Store picked everything up immediately, packed everything carefully, and shipped everything as economically as possible. This was not a small task, as the shipment was about 45 pieces, filling 9 boxes, weighing several hundred pounds in total. Not to mention, the trains are delicate and needed to be packed cautiously.

I really appreciated the care, the speed, and the diligence to keep costs down! The actual shipping was almost half of what was quoted!! I was ecstatic.
I'm completely blown away. Everything arrived safely and in great shape.

I've worked with several other pack and ship companies and nothing compared to the superior level of service that I received. It was absolutely exceptional.

One of the nicest UPS stores. I’m shipping a lot and I’m there weekly. The employees are very friendly and willing to help you. The owner is very professional and caring. Lucky to have them so close to us. Highly recommended.!!

I was very fortunate to have selected the UPS store in Addison. Megan and Gene helped tremendously in designing some important picture posters. Their input, creativity and experience was was invaluable. They made suggestions I would've never thought of, and it drastically improved the results of my project.

After submitting my order , Megan emailed back and forth with me to clarify details, ensuring everything was to my satisfaction. The level of personal customer service was impeccable.

I'd been in UPS stores previously but never realized the extent of services they offer, especially at this Addison branch. Found all sorts of useful last minute products available like paper supplies, really cute greeting cards, and many, many photo & gift ideas. You can even rent a PO box there , and access your mail at convenient times.

Most impressive, however, was the high level of personalized customer service and willingness of staff to assist me in my project.

HIGHLY recommend this Addison UPS store. Easily accessible off 290's Lake Street exit. And conveniently, there are many nearby stores I also frequent, so it makes for an easy run in knocking out a bunch of shopping errands without much chasing around.

Jessica and Mcanzi are the best. They are so welcoming and nice with a customer service. I will definitely come back here.
