One of my patients recommended me to his friend Neil who works at this location. Neil helped my family make the transfer over to T-mobile. Neil’s associate Raj also assisted in helping us move to T-mobile. We’re saving more money than when we had another phone company. Super glad we made the transfer over. Would come here again.

We received amazing service from the store manager Natalia. My family was getting 3 phones exchanged and that requires some time to transfer. We came into the store later in the day not realizing how busy they were and how long it takes but Natalia was so helpful and nice. Answering all of our questions and stayed with us atleast an hour and a half after the store closed to get our phones all set. They went above and beyond for us and that's been our experience with tmobile overall!

I had a problem with assurant denying my claim, and blanca called them right up and took care of it. After taking up an hour of her time and probably causing her to miss a sale, i was able to get my fiancé phone replaced.

Raj was great! He helped us understand promotions and helped get us a better deal than what we came in for. We left the store with more than we wanted for half of the price we expected to pay! He knows his promotions and best deals!! We thought online would be easier, but had we done everything online or over the phone, we would’ve missed deals that we never knew existed! It truly does make a difference who you talk to at T-Mobile! Will def return in the future!

i came here one night after visiting another T-Mobile location in Elk Grove that basically told me they couldn't help and turned me away.

Blanca Ceron has been a wonderful helping us today with setting the new phone. We are so happy with her friendly nature and generosity.

The young lady always takes care of me but the chubby Mexican guy in there was very rude and not professional what so ever I was in there with my mom and we were just looking at a phone once we accomplished what we needed done and he just busted in saying do you want an upgrade and neither one of us gave an answer he clearly seen we were just looking around and said if we needed anything we would let him know then he became super rude and very childish I've been w T-Mobile since 2001 with 6 lines and that's how I get treated and this is the type of people they hire such a turn off

Fernando G is an amazing worker!! Please make sure he’s recognized for his great work and an awesome person!! We are very satisfied thanks to him!!! I would recommend that store to anyone!! Plus I would tell them to talk to him cause he’s awesome!!! That store is awesome plus the other workers were all very nice too!!

This store has been nothing but helpful. I went in because my bill was high. Raj ran through my bill and offered some senior discounts as well as created a plan that would save us more money in the long run. He was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Highly recommend this location and Raj.

My experience with the Addison store was Great Josh spent over an hour plus setting up a warranty phone I had sent there from another store..I really appreciate the good service Thank you T-Mobile for a job well done!!!

Raj helped me a lot. I went in with a broken phone, he not found the best promotion for me, but also helped me set up a different Apple ID password and helped me because I was locked out of my account for 24 hours. It took him two hours but he fought through for me. Highly recommend this location and Raj!! Amazing customer service!

I was initially a big fan of this place when it was Sprint. Afterwards, when we had issues, we had to go elsewhere for help. However, I decided to give this place another try as time has passed. I am quite satisfied with my decision. Josh was the person that helped me with my issues with my LTE Watch. After about 2 hours of trying to resolve, it was decided that I needed a warranty replacement (the watch was not a year old yet and my wife's LTE watch was working). Josh was very professional, patient, and understanding. He sets an example of what true customer service is about. If you are disappointed with other locations or other individuals, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Josh. I truly believe you will no longer be disappointed. Thanks Josh!!!

Had an issue with my SIM card. They resolved the issue and provided a pin needed to open and adjust the SIM if needed in the future.

The service from the T Mobile store in Addison on Lake Street. The customer service I received from Josh and Jeremiah was very professional and very helpful to me. Best t-mobile store! After having countless issues with another T-mobile store this store is always my go to even if it’s out of the way. Every single time myself or my mom have come in our issues have always been resolved and the workers are always so nice and helpful. Nati helped me no problem when I explained to her that I was a sprint customer and had the screen protector plan she got me in and out very quickly! Highly recommend this store!

I want to say something wonderful about La Don here at the Addison T-Mobile on lake Street. He is a wonderful guy. Pleasant! Oh my gosh, I saw him take care of two or three people while he was taking care of me. He is an exceptional and exceptional worker and everyone else at the store was wonderful too. Everybody was nice and kind!!!

I came into the store a few days ago! I was greeted with a welcoming “hello 👋 “ from all the staff. The store did have other customers but the staff made it a point to acknowledge me. All being mindful of social distancing. I had to get some things clarified on one of the lines on my account. I waited patiently. When my time came the team member welcomed me and thanked me for waiting. Taken the time to review my account details with me. Explained throughly. The staff made it me feel so comfortable and appreciated as a loyal customer. Patrick, the store manager, made it a point to just to check in and introduce him self assuring all my needs were taking care of. I personally enjoy when I see managers getting involved in quality customer service. Leading by example! I highly recommend this location! Check it out!
