Can not say enough positive about the staff! Yessi greats everyone with a smile and always has a kind word. She knows the location of everything in the store! In a world where customer service is almost completely gone she is such an asset! She is why we go back to Walgreens in Alachua!

Kimberly is a big asset to Walgreens in Alachua. She was chipper, smiling and very helpful and a pleasure to have her take care of me while I was in the store. Customer service was amazing and will be back.

Tanner in the photo department is outstanding! He realized my photo order was printing in very low quality. Stopped my order, contacted me and walked me through using their online temples (after a few trials and errors due to the website itself), we found the perfect fit that printed beautifully! Tanner went above and beyond to make sure our photos were perfect!

I had a great experience at the Walgreens location in Alachua, not only the personal is very friendly but they have an awesome Manager named Amanda. I was driving my two little guys completely fast asleep, I was by my self ( I didn't wanted to leave them in the car unattended), went to the drive trough and the pharmacist was so nice that she called the manager to assist me because I needed teething gel and Ibuprofen and she didn't have access to it. Amanda was very nice, friendly and patient with me. I want to acknowledge the great service that I got from the pharmacist and from the Manager Amanda.

I will be using Walgreens pharmacy from now on. I had my son's prescriptions sent to Walgreens at first, then changed to CVS when refilling because it's closer to my house. CVS had the prescriptions for 5 days and still said they were having a problem with getting the insurance to approve them. Walgreens was able to fill it the first time without issue. With my son almost out of meds, I asked Walgreens to have CVS transfer the prescriptions back to them. That was at around 4pm, and they were ready when I called at 9-ish the next morning. Walgreens Pharmacy staff is competent and professional; and that's why I'll be going there from now on.

The best pharmacy staff I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Mr james laurin is so raw I couldn't believe it. He redefines what it means to be a pharmacist. On my mama you wont catch me at any other Walgreens.

I won't to thank the doctors at the alachua branch my temperature was 200+ not only did they attend to me they followed me home to make sure I was ok and taken to the doctor,,my heart goes out to them and I am forever ❤ great ful. L. Darling

Drive thru Covid testing is run efficiently and staff was courteous. The young woman at the window explained all steps very thoroughly.
