Ever since the store changed management recently, its become an entirely different place. The new employees are attentive and friendly, and the store is much cleaner.

The manager over the store is very rude. I asked what was going on with the cappuccino machine and told me that it's out of cappuccino so I asked the young lady could she check for me and it was right under the cabinet. He got angry because the cashier asked him could he put the cappuccino in the machine while she check out the other customers. He stormed out of his office with no shoes on mad at that young lady. Not only to mention his socks were extremely dirty as well as his shirt. I mean he was extremely rude to me as well as the cashier for asking for help

Employees need to pay attention when someone comes in this store. I used to love coming to this location bc its right by my work. But honestly if keivontay isn't there, I think I'll go somewhere else. The past 2 times I've come in, I've had to stand at the counter for 5 minutes while I wait for the cashier to get off her phone and look to see someone is waiting. And then continues her conversation with whoever is on the phone. And there's a bell that ring when you walk in so I guess Marquesha's phone call was more important??

I can't here for had and to by a drink. I also filled my cup with ice and they charged 1.00 for a cup of ice even though I was spending money on other things.

They don’t have a microwave every other cefco gots one
