Boot Barn

I went in during Christmas and I understand everything is busy. I ask this woman that I the store is not for me, but I went for my husband where a certain type of denim shirt was she wasn’t even gonna show me at first she just pointed over there and I said I’ve never been here so she went over there, I bought a gift card instead of an item. I asked if they had a little gift card slaves to put it in and they looked at me like it’s crazy and sitting out we don’t have those. Lol lol just not for me.

Customer Service is great and coupons and sales can be found locally and online. If the store doesn't have the size of the boot you are looking for, they will order it.

The best service!! Boot barn staff are always so helpful and welcoming. Me and my husband went to cavenders prior to get sized and buy hats and they were so rude and not helpful at all. Came to boot barn and right away we were helped by the guy that creases the hats. Maybe the floor manager? We left happy. Boot barn never lets us down.

This is a wonderful place for all kinds of western wear and work apparel.

We have been to many Boot barns but this one we enjoy shopping at the most. Employees are so friendly and helpful. Wide variety of clothes, boots and accessories. Would like to see more boy clothes and boots.

Hunter have me top notch customer service. I am on my 4th pair of wrangler retro jeans that must have a flaw from the factory. Then keep tearing along the pockets on the seat. Hunter was able to get me into a pair of Cinch silver label jeans that are comparable. So far so good with the new Cinch jeans. If every store had employees like Hunter shopping would be a memorable experience instead of a stressful one.

I enjoyed shopping here with my boyfriend when he was looking for work boots. He ended up buying some really nice work boots and they lasted him a really long time in the oil field. Even with rain, sand storms, etc. The customer service was great I can’t remember the name of the associate that helped us but he was young and sweet. He made us feel welcome and he gave great advice on boots.

I’d just like to say the young man Hunter is so sweet was was such a big help to my son and I. Boot Barn you have a keeper!

There's an employee there named Tucker. He's very helpful and attentive. I was shopping for my 6 year old boy and Tucker went above and beyond to help. When he wasn't around, several other employees came and checked on us as well.

Fast service. Friendly staff. It was my first time visiting but won't be my last.

Always a friendly staff but they just do not carry alot of 7.5 to size 8 boots for men .
