Loved Sabrina. She took her time with me and I never felt rushed. She was easy to contact and ask follow up questions. She knew her products well, and was able to guide me to the perfect furniture.

We absolutely love shopping at Ashley’s. Michael our sales person was so helpful and such a knowledgeable young man and very friendly . All our home is furnished with Ashley’s furniture and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Thanks Ashley’s we love your furniture store.

Best part about our visit was they let us walk around and shop. When we did have questions they would step In, help, and leave us alone, I love it. They always have great deals and huge discounts.

Derrick was an exceptional salesman. He gave us the space we needed while still being completely available for all of our questions. He made the process fast and easy. We were in and out in 30 minutes!! A+++!

I have taken an incredibly long time in deciding when I was going to purchase this oversized recliner that I fell in love with about a year and a 1/2 ago.
Michael is in the longview texas store and he has been with me every step of the way. He has been. incredibly kind and has a great sense of humor. He has never once tried to pressure me into buying something before I was imminently ready.

We had the best salesman ever. If you go ask for Michael. He is very knowledgeable In the mattress area. Then I lost my wedding ring somewhere, with this store a possibility. He took the time out to help us look everywhere, you could tell he actually cared also. He took my information and a picture of the ring and promised to keep looking.

I’m happy to share our experience with the Ashley furniture store in Longview. On entry Carderick was welcoming and gave us a quick idea of what to experience and sales opportunities.
Told us he would give us as much time as we need and to feel free to ask him questions when needed. Carderick made effort to rearrange chairs with tables to help me visualize the pairing, all with a smile! The store was clean, furniture was beautiful and lots to select from. Carderick gave us a decent price and now my husband and I are both excited for delivery day!

Derek was great! Very helpful. I’m a wheelchair user and he brought things to me, plus pushed to view items that were on the other side of the showroom floor. Definitely made a good first impression!
