Based on the reviews, I was not expecting good service. However, I was more than pleasantly surprised. The staff was courteous and very willing to help. They made the process smooth and efficient! They did a very nice job!

Upgraded my phone yesterday, got the new LG Stylo 5. I wish Cricket would give long-standing customers a little better discount when upgrading to new phones, but I am still very happy. This Cricket authorized dealer has always given me best customer service. She helped me set up my new phone, and I went back today and had my old phone unlocked so that I can give that to my granddaughter and she was very helpful with that as well. Why anyone would go to any other service but Cricket is beyond me.

Salesperson very competent and friendly. Took care of our 5 lines; all of which needed changes. I will recommend. No more dropped lines.

Cricket is much cheaper than a lot of the big vendors. Their service in office is outstanding. They always check my phone to make sure it's a top-notch service with no issues.
