I received the wrong exchange items 4 different times from JD customer service. I was frustrated and just wanted my money back. No stores would help me but speedway. The manager was so nice and understanding. She treated me fairly and I will only shop in speedway from now on. Thank you!!

Had a great experience. Staff was helpful and courteous. This is the first store I visit when shoe shopping for my daughter and me and usually the only place I have to visit. Nice selection, quality shoes, and great staff. I recommend this store for your shoe, fitness apparel, socks, shoe upkeep needs.

I got there about 20 minutes before the posted closing time and was met at the door by an employee telling me I only had less than 5 minutes to shop, they were closing! When I mentioned the time, he let me know that was when they do closing clean up! So in the future true shopping hours should be posted!
