Best dunkin I've ever had. The frozen coffee actually tasted good for once. I'm surprised this place is 1.7 stars. And the worker was really nice and friendly.

Very poorly managed. Been many times on the drive to Augusta and they're always out of something. Employees are hardworking, helpful and focused, but appear overworked and under-trained leading to mistakes and long lines. I'd bet good money the manager blames "poor work ethic," but the real problem is obvious...

Worst Chai latte I've had, it was mostly milk and ice but no Chai.

food service gloves were made for a reason

cell phones DO NOT belong in a food service and/or food handling area .

You should either have order numbers or call out names. It’s difficult to choose which package is ours! And the manager left the cash to an employee while the service was slow and so many people were waiting on the Q. Why leave them alone it is obvious that they can not handle the orders. The wait time is too long.

1 employee doing all the food and drinks while the other 2 talk and work in slow motion 20 minutes for a bagel

So slow. Don’t bother stopping here if you’re in a rush.
