McDonald's

Wonderful team very sweet employees work here. I love coming in here because they are all very nice and I’ve gotten familiar with seeing them. They get very busy so it is expected to wait a little bit and that is not their fault at all. They do the best they can and that’s all anyone can do. If you want your food, a little bit quicker, maybe try drive-through or honestly counter really because the line can get long. I always pick up on counter because it’s much faster. No fault at all to the employees.

Filet of Fish Special, 2 for $6! My favorite sandwich! Hasn't changed since I worked there in 1972-1973. Wish I could say the same about the hamburgers which are half as thick as they used to be!

Hey it's McDonald's, you know? But the employees were very nice and friendly despite being slammed in the drive through. They made my food to my order and it was in good condition. The dining room has recent improvements so it was nice as fast food goes.

Some of the best quality food I've ever had at a McDonald's - fish filet was picture perfect and fresh. No squished bun or appearance of being sloppily thrown together. Whoever made my sandwich did so with pride!

It had been years since I had a milkshake so I ordered a vanilla one. The fancy whipped cream was a pleasant and tasty surprise.

The employee who took my order was very patient with me and helped explain the app which I'd just downloaded and went on to show me how to place an order using it.

Order placed, I took a seat on a nice elevated stool at a long centrally located table. My order was soon delivered to me within a couple of minutes.

Although I'm not a fan of fast food, my job is driving, and it's not often I have time to eat. This day, I had an hour between stops and this McD's was right on my route.

Overall I was highly impressed with how clean this restaurant was, along with modern decor, and comfortable seating for tall people. Even the food was top notch!

Bonus: Free Fry Friday! Scored a large order of fries 😁.

Only bad part of our visit was trying to get into the parking lot, it was so busy and we had to wait on main road to get in. Once in, my boys were very happy. There is no play place but they have a big sofa seating and my kids never eat on the sofa so this was super fun experience for them . Food was good and we enjoyed our lunch there. They were out of few items on the menu but other than that no complaints. Bonus- view of the Kennebeck river while we ate.

Great to go to near end of day way to busy in morning. Ice coffe best at here and bangor street. western ave is could be way better not a big fan.

I have been to, probably, 393038481010 McDonalds restaurants and I truly believe this is, by far, the best McDonalds I have ever been to in my 48 years of existence. The staff seems well trained and the customer service has always been awesome, in MY experiences. I have even seen management doing proper walk thrus of the lobby to check for cleanliness and see how the customers dining in are doing. Amazing

btw...The worst McDonalds, by far, is the one on North Washington Blvd in Sarasota or Bradenton, Florida. I can't remember which side of the city line this Mcds falls on. They are awwwwwwwwwful.

even though they were very busy they seemed to work well and seemed like everything even though obviously if it's busy time might take a little longer but order was correct everything was hot and the employees that I interacted with were very nice

This is a great spot here on the hilltop. It's a friendly, clean McDonald's and the food is freshly prepared. Nice quick stop for us.

They actually got my order right the first time.
Everything was cooked just right. And the two ladies I encountered on this round were very courteous and friendly. A great experience for McDonald's. Almost every other McDonald's I have been to puts cheese on the burgers despite my adamant communication to the contrary . Thank you very much night shift crew.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable about their product, and polite. Used the drive through and it is really refreshing to be able to understand the young woman through the speaker. Thanks for providing us with a quick breakfast and those favorites of ours, iced coffee!

Accidentally came here 2 mins before they closed (thinking they were open 24 hours still) and we got the kindest, best service ever
They even added an item after it was the order was complete. They go above and beyond at this location and I personally recommend them over any other location. Thankyou so much. We are apologetic for being so last minute but super appreciative of our hot French fries! ♡♡♡♡

Consistency far from perfect but superior to all other in kennebec county Donalds and staff respectfully takes accountability for errors and refund or remake when unfortunately needed their commendable cooperation goes a long way.

...I mean, it was fast food buuut gotta say the fries were hot and shake was cold and the order way 100% accurate.

Great customer service. This was my first time at this location and the girl was great. I tried some new Latte, she told me about it and made it all with a smile on her face. I wish more McDonald's were this great to visit.

Its McDonald's. The crew changes around more than I change my socks, so don't go expecting perfection. Its usually some high school kid at the register and they usually seem upbeat if not nervous or just anxious. I've rarely had a bad experience in any of my visits over the past year. I'm not a picky orderer but I've made a few specialty orders and was satisfied with what I received. It tastes like McDonalds food.

Always speedy and accurate with our order. Wait staff are friendly,courteous and smile 😃. You can't go wrong here!
