Dunkin'

It's dirty, last time I was in, food that was supposed to be hot cold, coffee is lousy gone to very cheap coffee, will never go back to any dunkin

I stopped by for a latte & I don’t think the air is working or something because everyone looks absolutely miserable. I can’t believe your company would allow this to be happening. It’s inhumane & oppressive to make them suffer in this heat. Do better.

They weirdly are out of food and donuts ALOT! They always have coffee but there's been countless times when we've ordered food or certain donuts and they are out or their ovens are broke. Overall, I'll always love Dunkin'!

While traveling thru on a rainy day on the motorcycle we needed to stop for a hot coffee to warm up . Clearly they were short staffed and pushed to the limit ( when I thanked 1 of the employees she had tears in her eyes from exhaustion). The lobby was full. Things weren’t printing out the way they should . No one had had a break since opening yet still the talk was positive with someone staying late and 1 saying we need to keep the lobby open because they really need the job. The customers were awesome and patient. Just a reminder to thank and appreciate the people that are trying so hard in this crazy world!

Store has a new General manager. The times in drive thru have come down drastically over the last couple weeks. I had a good experience when I came in for coffee

Sometimes the new staff gets an order mixed up or incorrect, however this is a great coffee shop

Always busy, service is slow, but better that than a second one opening within a mile. Have yet to mess up my order!

Always makes my coffee perfectly, which is hard for most to do! My order is a bit complicated, so the extra effort is much appreciated!

Depends on what store but most if them will make it right if it's wrong. I love my Dunkin

They make the best drinks around this area! I'll go here over Farmingdale and Augusta!
